Excellent service from start to finish, from explaining the procedure to the after care. The Clinic i attended was also excellent. I cannot thank Prof Mahajan enough, he is very patient man, as I sent many emails backword and forwards, , asking a lot of questions (of which Prof Mahajan answered himself) just trust your surgeon, which I did and I am more than happy with my results, better than what I expected, Just wish i did this years ago!

Always disliked the birthmark/mole in between my eyes on the bridge of my nose. Looked into getting it removed when I was much younger but was advised against it due to the large scars it would leave behind and my age. Thought I would try again at age 23 to get another opinion and had a consultation with Dr Mahajan.

Dr Mahajan was professional and very knowledgeable. Filled me with confidence from the consultation that something could be done and was realistic about what I could expect the end result to be. After the anaesthetic the procedure was painless and over quickly. Both Dr Mahajan and the Nurse Cathy made me feel at ease during the procedure and gave great aftercare advice. I was amazed at the results when I removed my plasters after only two week. Couldn't be happier with the results so far, it's such an improvement! I would highly recommend Dr Mahajan to anyone!

Professor mahajan was so understanding and was happy to explain things to me more than once when I kept asking him the same questions out of nerves! I had a local anaesthetic and throughout my procedure he was chatty and making me laugh, if anyone is thinking about booking with dr mahajan don’t hesitate!

I have had a bilateral upper blepharoplasty procedure performed by Prof Ajay Mahajan

The whole process from start to finish was thorough, uncomplicated, informative and most importantly created the required results!

The initial consultation was honest and carefully considered my expectations against the results that could be achieved, additionally and most importantly, risk factors and possible after effects were covered in great detail.

My appointments for pre-op and the procedure itself were friendly, professional and once again informative, the support staff were also excellent in knowledge and reassurance.

The procedure itself was straight forward with fairly minimal discomfort lasting approximately one hour, I was able to relax to some degree which I believe helped me recover quickly immediately after surgery. I continued to recover steadily and was pleasantly surprised how quickly I became pain free.

It has now been three weeks since the procedure, after some bruising and swelling in the first two weeks, things have settled down, I look like me again but with eyelids (!) with some slight occasional swelling which should disappear completely in due course.

I would definitely recommend Prof Mahajan and would certainly consult with him again if I required any other procedures.

I have wanted to get this surgery all my life and Dr. Mahajan provided me with this wonderful opportunity. The procedure of pinnaplasty went better than i had anticipated and left me with amazing results and the staff where amazing. the after care was brilliant.

I have just recently had a Pinnaplasty procedure with Mr A Mahajan. Which went very well. I was made to feel very welcome and I can honestly say that I had a very pleasant experience. I was made to feel at ease during the whole time of the procedure and I would definitely recommend anyone wanting surgery to visit Mr A Mahajan, as he has done an amazing job for me. I am so pleased with the outcome and I feel so much more confident now.

Eyelid surgery
I had upper eyelid surgery 12 days ago, performed by Professor Ajay Mahajan. This was to remove excess "hooded" skin.
The procedure, although at times uncomfortable, was better than I expected and was completed within an hour.
The results have been amazing, its like a veil has been lifted - life is much brighter and I can see more. My eyes even look bluer than before!
If you need this surgery I would definitely recommend Professor Mahajan and the Evolve clinic in Leeds.

I spent a long time researching surgeons and selected professor Mahajan for my breast lift with implants procedure. I am very pleased I did.

From my first contact with Professor Mahajan and his secretary, to my stay at the Yorkshire Clinic and through to the follow up assessment with Professor Mahajan, everyone involved in my treatment was very professional, patient, friendly and helpful.

At my initial assessment Professor Mahajin was very helpful in advising about size and type of implant and advising what was and wasn’t possible. He made me feel confident that he could give me the look I was hoping for. He also spent a long time with me, answering my long list of questions.

At 5 weeks post operation I am delighted with my results. I wanted natural looking full breasts, back up where they belong and that is exactly what I have got. With very minimal scarring , I feel amazing and couldn’t be happier.

My gynecomastia has bothered me for pretty much all my life. Even after losing 30kg in body weight it would still be very prominent and affect my self esteem and confidence as i didn't want to wear t shirts or go to the beach/ swimming pool. I am extremely happy with the results of my surgery and the way my chest looks now. The surgery has helped me mentally by increasing my confidence and self esteem and physically as my chest has a more normal flat appearance.

I would easily recommend Professor Mahajan if you are suggesting to have gynecomastia surgery done.

I originally had implants in 2007. I have since breastfed three children, which left my breasts really wonky.

The left breast was much larger and very droopy, there was at least a 2cm difference in the position of my nipples. The appearance of my breasts massively affected my self confidence and it meant that I couldn't wear some types of clothes/underwear/ swimwear.

After stopping breastfeeding and allowing my breast tissue to settle for 6 months, I decided to look for a consultant who could fix my breasts.

I looked at reviews of different consultants and decided to book consultations with Mr Mahajan and one other.

Mr Mahajan was professional and understanding from the outset. He ensured I had realistic expectations and answered all my questions thoroughly. He felt that I needed a left sided mastopexy/uplift, with or without a change of implants. His communication with me via email following my consultation was prompt and thorough. He alleviated my concerns and reassured me were needed.

I decided to book for surgery with him following a second consultation, two weeks after the initial one. Due to the age of the implants in situ, I would opt for new implants at the same time.

The day of surgery went really smoothly, Mr Mahajan came and marked me up, answered any questions I had and the next thing I knew I was waking up with new breasts.

My pain was managed really well by the nurses and I felt looked after by the team. The morning after surgery Mr Mahajan came to review me. He checked my breasts and the drain and decided all was well for me to be discharged. I had the drain removed and was discharged that evening with lots of aftercare advice and pain relief.

My recovery has been fine, I was in some pain for the first week or so, but keeping on top of the pain killers and avoiding three children jumping all over me helped! I was reviewd at day 10 by Mr Mahajan, who was happy with healing at that point.

My left breast remained more swollen than the right but this has now settled and my breasts are much more symmetrical. I am over the moon with my results and I feel much more confident about my body. I have been careful not to do too much and I am now 6 weeks post surgery and looking forward to starting to exercise properly again. It will be another few weeks before they are completely settled and I can shop for new underwear, so excited!

Fantastic doctor. The operation went really well, the scaring was very neat, and I healed quickly. I am extremely happy with the size that I was able to get down to during the operation. Anybody who is thinking of having a breast reduction and is concerned about the operation/ recovery time, there is no need to be. Everything went well for me during and after the operation. Since I have had the operation, my back pain has decreased significantly I feel much more confident and my posture has improved. Doctor Mahajan explained everything about the operation well, including what to expect during recovery. I would highly recommend Doctor Mahajan if you are considering having a Breast Reduction.

I cannot recommend Mr Mahajan enough. I recently had rhinoplasty and after years of debating whether to have the procedure I was quite nervous. However Mr Mahajan reassured me almost instantly. He wasn’t very chatty, (which I see as a positive!), but he was caring and kind, answering all my questions and talking me through what would be done clearly and concisely. From leaving his office until I was going for anaesthetic I wasn’t nervous at all.
After the procedure I had minimal bruising and the pain was nowhere near as bad as I had expected. I had my cast removed after 7 days and even though there was swelling the difference was already unbelievable. It is now 4 weeks since the procedure and my nose seems to have settled well. Even though it can take a year for the swelling to fully subside I am already incredibly happy with the work Mr Mahajan has done. He managed to fix everything I disliked but keep it natural enough so that it isn’t obvious that I have had anything done, apart from to those closest to me. I wouldn’t hesitate to choose Mr Mahajan every time and cannot rate him highly enough

I had been thinking about having a tummy tuck since the birth of my son 11 years ago. He was born by caesarean section. I was so unhappy with the way my stomach looked, even when I had lost weight as i felt it looked worse. Mr mahajan was recommended to my been a friend. I had my consultation in july and immediately felt i was in good hands so i booked in for the following January for lipo abdominoplasty. On the day of surgery all the staff at spire elland made me feel completely at ease and kept me updated as to when mr mahajan would be ready for me. After surgery the staff were amazing, as explained by mr mahajan i woke wearing a corset. It felt uncomfortable and very tight but the next day i was given a new one and that was much more bearable. I am now 6 weeks post op and continuing to wear it up until my 12 week consultation as mr mahajan said this will give the best result. I am already so much more comfortable in my clothes and i am extremely happy with my new shape. The scar has healed well.

I have wanted a Breast Augmentation for over 10 years so when I finally decided to have it done there was no question who I was going to go with having met Prof Mahajan 4 Years previous for a Otoplasty. Professor Mahajan made me feel at ease and comfortable from the moment I walked through the door and this time round was no different. He is very professional and covered off all questions and concerns I had. After having the procedure done I was amazed by how well the recovery was and by the results. My confidence has grown and I absolutely love my new figure.

Had my Breast Implants for 17 years and they were definitely past their best. Visited numerous surgeons who all advised an uplift and smaller implant which I didn’t really want. Mr Mahajan was the only one who suggested an uplift without an implant with the option of a smaller implant at a later date if needed. Due to the fact I have very little breast tissue I was expecting to be totally flat chested but somehow Mr Mahajan managed to give me a small B cup. It’s nearly 3 weeks since my operation and my scars are healing well and I can tell already that they are not going to be too noticeable due to his stitching skill. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

I would just like to start and say a huge thank you to Mr Ajay Mahajan! Mr Mahajan made me feel very comfortable and at ease with his presence and work. He was very clear about the procedure and what he will do. I had open rhinoplasty, I’ve hated my nose for years never liked looking in the mirror and always had to be at different angles in photos. I can now say that’s changed and I’m in love with my nose! My nose is still very natural looking which is what I wanted.
I also would like to say a huge thank you to the nurses, I had a 1 night over stay. The nurses were always there hand and foot to see if I’m ok, if I would like tea, coffee any refreshments and for making me feel very comfortable. The hospital was lovely too! I felt like I were having a nights stay in a hotel! Very clean and comfortable.
For anybody who’s worried about pain, I felt no pain at all. Just a little discomfort for the first couple of nights. It’s hands down the best decision I have made getting the surgery done. I had a very prominent bone towards the top of my nose, now my hump has gone I feel so much more confident within myself. I can’t thank Mr Ajay Mahajan enough! and his team, Thank You.

Having reached retirement age, I have a bucket list!
One of the many being the removal of my 25 year old implants: not because of any problems (have had none) but purely for my potential recovery rate.
I visited two consultants, Prof Ajay Mahajan being my third, before finding someone who listened, answered my questions in layman terms and made me feel relaxed and treated me like an “individual” patient, instead of another statistic.
I went ahead with the procedure 22/1/2020.
From entering the Yorkshire Clinic to leaving the following day I was treated with care, kindness from the staff and particularly Prof Mahajan.
He has written to my GP – copied letters to myself, three times; keeping them up-to-date with the whole process and results.
I am now into my 4th week and recovering superbly – which I can, wholeheartedly, attribute to this top surgeon.

Mr Ajay Mahajan is, without doubt, the best consultant I have ever met. I met with three different ones before deciding on my procedure. This involved an abdominoplasty and liposuction to the face and body. 4 weeks post op and I could not be more happy with both the care I received from Mr Mahajan and the results. Mr Mahajan will take the time to explain the full procedure to you so that you know what to expect and when.

After over ten years of just dealing with a broken nose and its awful look, I decided to bite the bullet and pay for the procedure to be done cosmetically. Although I did suffer with wearing my glasses due to the obscure shape of the bridge of my nose, I was most upset with the appearence of it. The break made one side of my face looked deformed and even from the front, you could see the sharp piece of bone which was a result of the break. I hated it.

Upon advise from my GP alongside my own hours of research, I decided to make an appointment with Mr A Mahajan at the Spire Hopistal Elland. From the minute I stepped foot into the office, I knew I had made the right decision of surgeon. Mr Mahajan was extremely supportive and genuine. A lot of people tried to tell me that it wouldn't be worth the hassle or the money because it wasn't extremely noticeable to them. It was a huge notice for me, every single day in the mirror and I avoided photographs as much as I could because it just made me sad. Mr Mahajan immediately noticed the impact that the break had made on the structure of my nose and it finally felt that someone was mirroring my enthusiasm about how much more confident it would make me. In the initial appointment, Mr Mahajan checked everything over with me and was very thorough with what I, personally, wanted to achieve and what my main concerns were. I didn't feel like just another patient; I could sense how passionate Mr Mahajan was about improving people's appearances and doing the best possible job he could do. I had already done my research on his procedures but he showed me some of his previous work on Rhinoplasty and I couldn't believe how much a slight alteration changed peoples faces. I was well and truly committed to getting my nose fixed and I was certain I wanted Mr Mahajan to do the job because I felt I could trust him.

The surgery went extremely well and despite bruising quite badly - this was thoroughly expected as a result of nose surgery - I felt fine in the first few days and couldn't wait for the splint/cast to come off so I could see the result. Mr Mahajan came in the morning after the surgery to check that I was doing okay and gave me some tips in which to do whilst in recovery. A week later and the cast came off and I remember my eyes welling up as soon as I saw my new nose in the mirror. It was absolutely amazing. I hoped for the bump to disappear and to have a clean curve back but the result had completely exceeded my expectations. I instantly felt so much more confident and it is all down to Mr Mahajan's exquisite cosmetic talent. He has made my dreams come true and I have waited a very long time to feel this way so I cant thank him enough for what he has done. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering Rhinoplasty or any cosmetic surgery in his field of work because you will not be disappointed. He makes it all look very easy but I can only imagine how much hard work he has put in to get to where he is today.

When I went for my consultation with Mr Mahajan, I told him exactly what I wanted, nice boobs but not ‘fake’ looking, this is what I now have after being an A cup and having 330cc implants.
At my consultation Mr Mahajan was very helpful, every question I asked he answered and I felt at ease after speaking to him. It is clear to see that Mr Mahajan is very experienced in this field and is passionate about what he does.
On the day of the procedure I was really nervous as I have never had a general anaesthetic or surgery before but I had nothing to worry about, I was well looked after.
