Do Bad Business Practices Equal Bad Products

I initially responded to the ad for the PrimeCell H2 product because it was advertised for $39.95 but I was charged $69.90 at checkout. I called their customer service and immediately told them I wanted to cancel the order for a full refund and was told they had already sent it for shipping (really?). They agreed to a $15 refund. So, we are talking about false advertising and lying. She NEVER mentioned this was a subscription. The receipt also doesn't mention this is a subscription or auto-renewal. Thirty days later, I received an email that I was charged $65.90. I called customer service and was told it was a subscription. I would have to call back when I received the order to cancel it. I had to tell her several times to cancel it right then. If you can't trust them in their business practices, can you trust their products?

Terrible product

Terrible product, made me sick to my stomach. Asked to cancel and return product, they said they would refund 2 boxes and return 30 dollars, but I had to pay to ship back to China. Had I known it was coming from China I never would have ordered it. I ordered 3 boxes total and only 1 box was opened. They offered for me to keep the items and give me a 10.00 refund, what a joke. Don't trust this company, they're scammers.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

One star because ZERO isn't provided in the options. I placed an order on Feb 16, 2026 and upgraded to "expedited shipping " for an additional fee. I have been trying to cancel this order since March 5th. Despite contact via email with 2 different reps (Annaliza and Aimee,) my order has NOT been canceled, my refund has NOT been received. I received an email on 3/8 that my subscription order (that I did not place or request) will ship on 3/15. Today, I received a tracking number for the order I placed a month ago, despite repeatedly requesting that unshipped order be canceled and my account refunded
