I ordered a dress from Amario and regretted my purchase the day after placing the order. Despite their website clearly stating that cancellations within two days are allowed, they refused to honor this. To make matters worse, it took over a month for the dress to arrive.

After numerous emails, they eventually instructed me to return the product to China, insisting that I cover the return shipping costs. The cost to send it back is more than the dress itself! This is completely unacceptable and contradicts their stated return policy. This company is a scam and refuses to take responsibility for misleading customers. Save yourself the trouble and stay far, far away from Amario

Bought Isabel "orthopedic" shoes. They are in no way orthopedic. Hard and without any support. Very cute, but that doesn't help if you can't wear them. Also shipping took forever.

At the insistence of my wife, I bought a pair of shoes from this site, and because the site was with a Swedish domain, I trusted it, and after 1 month, I received a shoe with zero quality, which was not at all similar to the photo. The worst place to purchase from. At least 2 months late. Always lie about the date when the order will be delivered. Fake and high copy products from China or whatever. I received the winter shoes by the end of January when I did the purchase before mid-December!!

I ordered a pair of shorts from this company. When I received them they were the correct size but they ran about 3 sizes too small. An XL that felt like a Medium at best. I have followed their instructions perfectly and replied to every email promptly. I returned the shorts following their guidelines and it has been nearly two months and I still have not received a refund.

I asked about their policy and was told this in their reply... “Risken att paketet försvinner eller att leveransen misslyckas är mycket stor. Tyvärr kan vi bara behandla återbetalning när vi har fått paketet.”

I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company as their products are cheap and poor quality and their customer service is just there to drag out the process and not solve you issues. This company borders on being fraudulent and will just swindle you out of your money.
