A very pleasant experience. My item came within 24 hours of me buying it and was package very well in a secure and safe way. Delivery was very pleasant and, unlike some companies (Evri), the driver rang my house bell and made sure my item was delivered personally into my hands rather then just left on the doorstep. Greatly appreciated.

There was a delivery issue with my…
There was a delivery issue with my order which was down to the stupidity of Royal Mail Parcel Force. The staff at Amathus were very helpful with advice of how to raise a case and once raised they replaced my missing order the very next day. 10 out of 10 for customer service.

Outstanding Service!
I cannot praise the service and customer experience received highly enough, ordered on a Thursday evening and contacted them on the Friday in the hopes of arranging and paying to receive for a party on Saturday, two prompt replies later my order is dispatched on next day delivery at no extra cost. Gustavo was efficient, polite and gave outstanding service, a credit to Amathus.
