Reviews are botted & RDP's suck
there reviews are botted, i bought 6 livestreaming RDP's from this website, my RDP's got restarded,reset,logged in to by other people. It was an absolute mess. I can literally show anyone proof if you add hidden#9891 on disord, they refunded 1 rdp and once all my others started restarting I asked for a full refund, and told them when they refunded me ill move to a dedicated server from there website and they was jsut being rude saying it was my fault and that its not an issue on there end. How isn't the RDP getting reset everyday and restarted mid streams not the RDP Providers fault? It's an absolute joke, I'll never use amazingrdp ever again.
Also forgot to mention non of my livestreams even lasted 24 hours. Which is terrible. Never had this issue anywhere else, also the streams were extremely laggy, to the point there was literally 0 point of using their RDP's. They obviously overloaded there server. Which is just pathetic. Also they are extreme liars. They'll lie about stuff they don't even have to lie about lol.

After going through your review, we have investigated into the issue and your profile, and we found out the facts which totally differs and contradicts whatever you have placed here to confuse the people who trust us.
you said that you have purchased 6 plan, but on checking, it turned out to be only two plans.
You stated that everyday the server is being restarted so often, but on checking, we found out that due to overusing the resources, you have been warned on the server and being signed off due to violation of our AUP as you have subscribed to shared server plan.
When you placed the ticket, our team promptly responded you and helped with the issue you specified there and also informed you in the ticket about the maintenance cycle and other things and also provided you refund for the plan when you asked for. But getting refund for one RDP made you anxious and you started asking for refund for another server having no issues by making false excuses, and when team denied you for the refund and told you about the refund policy and duration, then you came here and made the false claims to defame us and got your demand fulfilled.
Also, The team has suggested you a dedicated plan as you will have full admin access & control and you can use full resources in it but never forced for the upgrade, you stated by yourself that you would like to upgrade.
We totally understand that you will not agree with the facts which we have specified as your sole motive as perceivable is to defame us and get refund in any case after using the plans and getting your work completed.
