Why would I pay more money not to see ads on Z list films? The quality of the films on offer is now truly appalling.
I refuse point blank to watch films with ads so I am now ignoring 'prime' video and just watching Netflix.
What has happened to Amazon?
Video.. dreadful 'free' films full of ads
Delivery.. completely hit and miss now (has been for a while) with completely useless 'tracking'.
Customer service.. dreadful, just read from a script and don't really answer actual questions.
Maybe instead of blasting your money into orbit with super rich tourists spend some of it on the company that earned you the money in the first place!

Let me add my voice to the weight of customers complaining about adds on a paid service. It was without adds. Now. I need to pay more.. to not get adds?
No. My wife and I both had Amazon Prime, now only she does and we do our shopping on the one account.
Plus every add we see? Zero chance we would ever shop with them, as having to watch them is so annoying. Not that we listen to them. Muted the second they come on.
Listen up advertisers. Its hurting you to advertise on Yahoo TV

Signed up for 30 day free trial
Signed up for 30 day free trial, only to have $33.50 taken from my bank account. Got no service for it. Spent over 1hr on the phone to fix it through remote support, only to find nothing changed. Prime video is just a platform to get get bank details, make a withdraw and you get nothing for it. Tried calling back twice to find nobody answers. Are all entertainment platforms like this.

What is going on with Amazon Prime they put ads in then tell you need to pay £2.99 to have the ads removed what a rip off. I will not use Amazon Prime anymore i will stay with companies that respect their customers and not try and rip us off.

Excellent Value for Money
I have been an Amazon Prime Video subscriber for 4 months now, and I think it is great value for money. For a small fee I have one year of good movies and series, and free delivery through the Amazon network.
It also comes with free games, which are quite nice.
I don't know if there is enough content for 12 months, but so far we have still a lot to watch on our watchlist.
