Disgraceful customer service if you can say there’s any. Paid for faster delivery, never received it on the agreed time. Customer service emailed 48 h later saying that it shows I now had received the package and I’m not entitled to anything. Lost my product, try the best they can to not solve my issue
I ordered a gaming monitor when it was in sale. After 2 delays, it showed as "lost". I was made to contact with customer service to solve it. During this process: - I was told I'd be sent an email that I didn't receive.
- I was told I'd get a complaint form that I didn't get.
- They hung up on me as I was speaking.
- They closed chats as I was typing.
After much struggle they offered me a refund. I was dissatisfied with your refund offer because the product was now much more expensive than when I ordered it. They had it in stock, they could just give me the product I bought.
After some calls, I was assured that I would get a refund offer and that when I ordered the product again, I would be refunded the difference in price too (between what I paid and current price). I was told to wait 2-3 business days for the investigation team to assess the situation. They then ignored the offer of refunding me the price difference.
This is not over yet, but almost. So then I get a refund but they don't refund me the insurance I bought for damages to the product. Right now I'm fighting to get that refund.

These clowns just keep messing me around for months on end. Ordered an item and they keep telling me to now reorder it because it's 'out of stock' even though it's clearly in stock. I still haven't got my item.

When the product was ordered by Amazon business fault and went under warranty replacement, my account was banned. Asking for a reason: no answer. When you ask for a warranty issue it goes against the terms of usage for Amazon and your account is banned. Amazon never heard about warranty obligations.
They ban your business account, personal account, phone number, both emails, and everything.|
Avoiding in any possible way obligations before customers, which is clear scam.

I dont know who is scamming me, if is Amazon or the company, but they say they sent me the headphones, but I never got them, NEVER!!! I once bought some ram with a company, not through Amazon, but also didnt get it and they looked into it and they sent me another one with no problems, but Amazon.es is horrible, I will never buy something from them again.
Amazon Shopper Panel - Need 33⅓ receipts for $5 reward
Amazon Shopper Panel used to be good. Canadians had to upload 10 receipts a month to receive a $5. reward toward their Amazon Balance or a charitable donation (value .50¢ per receipt). Sporadically there were one question surveys (i.e. Did you buy shoes this month?) for an extra .50 cent reward. Americans received $1. per receipt plus the surveys.
Effective November 1, 2024 receipts are now worth .15¢ each, so for Canadians to receive that $5. reward we now have to upload 33⅓ receipts a month. That's more than one receipt a day. Who shops that much? Not sure if there were any changes for the American ASP. I tried to call Amazon for more information about the change but as in the past nobody in their Customer Services has even heard of ASP. The first CSR (Say*****) put me on hold to go ask his team members and after listening to 5 minutes of really bad music I got cut off. The second CSR (Jo****) told me to email ASP directly and put me on hold to ask his team members for a contact email because his computer wasn't working but they couldn't help either. So if you were waiting to get on the Amazon Shopper Panel list it's not worth it anymore unless you're a shopaholic or you have "ad verification enabled" so they can track you better.
Why do you keep using SEUR
Why do you keep using SEUR ? Should have had a delivery yesterday, half of it arrived, useless without the other half. Today had a sms from SEUR, delivery in the next few minutes it said. An hour later checking the tracking, they had a problem with delivery. The problem was my address they said. Looks like they had a van breakdown. Why do they lie ? The whole idea of tracking is to keep you informed. Absolutely useless, I'm waiting for this. Very reluctant to keep using Amazon when delivery is this bad.

I ordered a Tascam Portacapture X8 High Resolution Adaptive Multi-Recorder (Order #113-xxxxxx) from Amazon, which I later refused delivery for in South Africa. The package was returned to Amazon via Aramex, arriving in New Jersey on September 10, 2024, at 10:29 AM (Waybill/shipping label: 494xxxxx). Despite this, Amazon's system still shows the item as undelivered, and I have not received my refund.
I have contacted Amazon customer support multiple times, and each time I am told to wait longer. The package has clearly been returned as confirmed by Aramex tracking. I am frustrated with the lack of resolution and need assistance to get my refund processed.

Amazon Spain. I have had an Amazon account for many years. Like many customers I am having more bad experiences, and seriously considering cancelling my account. I have had an Amazon prime membership through my mobile phone contract for several years. But I have become very disillusioned with Amazon. Their prices are now not better than most high street stores. But worse than that, their delivery arrangements with a range of contractors like SEUR, GLS and others is so bad! It is so frustrating to get a notification from SEUR that they can't deliver the item, but Amazon emails to say the item has been delivered! I still haven't got my item. Here is a summary of what happened in my recent interaction with Amazon.
I purchased an iPhone for work.
The phone gave me problems from the get-go, as I spent hours explaining myself to the support staff. I went to the Apple store 4 or 5 times with various problems
the phone would overheat and shut down
the volume and microphone did not work, so I missed calls
the camera stopped working
couldn't make calls even though I had network coverage
The man at the Apple store said sometimes you make a bad phone, and it is best to get a replacement. As I have been there so many times, he recognized me. On the last visit, he had to replace the camera.
I contacted Amazon, and the supervisor on the 10th promised me that I could return the item for a full refund.
Unfortunately, due to health reasons, I had to travel and was unable to return the item, but was forced to purchase a new iPhone.
When I knew I had to travel, I contacted Amazon and asked them if I could return it upon my return, and they said yes, no problem, aiming to return this on the 20th.
So when I returned, which was 3 days ago, I contacted Amazon to arrange this return.
The support and treatment I received was a disgrace, 3 different operators disconnected from the chat without helping me. One cancelled the original return and created a repair ticket, and the supervisors seemed to care little about the fact that Amazon promised me a return and refund for this item.
So now I have 2 phones and Amazon is refusing to agree to what they promised me, their excuse was that the return ticket was cancelled (by their staff) and it can only be created once
I have emails, chats showing what they promised me, and now they are ignoring the fact of what they promised.
Not to mention since this event, I tried to speak to Amazon on various occasions and they disconnected from the chat 5 times
I was told that I can only send this in for repair.
I have 1100 less in my account now due to Amazon cheating me.
