Do not rely on their 'Tracking' or ability to deliver!

Order No. 026-2154702-8831550 this order should have arrived on the date shown, they emailed an 'out for delivery notification at 12:41 stating a delivery window of 13:00 to 16:00, by 13:45 this window rolled back to 14:00 to 17:00 then 15:00 to 1700,. by 17:30 the updated info was "we will still deliver today.' by 21:45 the status changed to "we will attempt to re-deliver tomorrow;" there had been no attempted delivery during the whole of this period. This is the down graded service standards I have come to resent from Evri in my area of Leicester. I now suspect that I have the same utterly useless individual that failed to deliver Evri parcels for two weeks on the trot to my local Evri pick up point, now also failing delivery of my Amazon purchases. I am now really starting to resent paying my 'Prime' membership (Totally unfunny joke) as there is nothing 'Prime' about the service I am receiving.
My advice to anyone now is cut out the middle men, don't buy through Amazon, and it's starting to get the same with eBay whom are also over-reliant on Evri; direct deal with all businesses where possible, and try to agree a despatch route/courier who will attempt to deliver efficiently. Currently DPD, and Royal Mail, though not wonderful are the best of a rapidly deteriorating bunch of charlatans. It is hopefully understood by reasonable people that I am done with being messed about by Amazon and their non-delivery agents, best described as "an utter shower of sh..."

I bought shoes a while ago.amazon.nl is not FAIR! NO COMPENSATION FOR THEIR MISTAKES

I bought shoes a while ago.
1. They weren't new
2. They put EU seize whilst they where US seize so instead of 36,5 it was 37/38
3. They did not want to exchange the shoes for the correct seize as they were cheaper
4. I had to send them back
5. They have got the shoes as I put the sending them back via bpidt app in and it was received.
6. Still no money back
7. No way would they compensate for selling second hand, as brand new, and wrong seize..... no apoligies
8. They hung up!

I will never forget todays conversation!

Poor customer Service when order Lost

I have tracked my order and DPD said delivered when it has not been. Spoke to DPD but they won't even acknowledge me. Tried to raise this with Amazon but they said organised by third party and to contact them. Tried this and they said talk to Amazon. No other option than to give both a poor review. Need this sorting as now out of pocket and no goods to show for it and no way of trying to get a full refund or my goods.

Beware of sellers on Amazon eu

Beware of buying from Amazon’s European site!!!! YOU CANNOT CONTACT ANY SELLER AND AMAZON U.K. WILL NOT HELP YOU!!!!
On 25th October I ordered a Christmas gift for my grandson that was in stock with a 4-6 week delivery. Today, 1st December, I checked delivery status to find the item has not yet despatched and their website now claims the item is out of stock!

Amazon have attempted to con me on four occasions
Four times I ordered multiple items such as latest 5 bicycle tubes. On two occasions they delivered only one item.
Customer care couldn't give a damn about resolving the underlying problem only solution they provide is a refund
All I want is for Amazon to sit their warehouse staff down for five minutes and teach them to count to 5.
It's not rocket science to resolve this yet Amazon does not want to resolve it leading me to believe it to be a Con on their behalf.

Shop around and Protect a competitive market.

Amazon is not always the cheapest. If we don't shop around, there will be no competition left and we will all have to pay higher prices. Also Amazon have also been in trouble several times over how it treats its staff. Amazon is an excellent business model but we need to give other companies a chance to get on the same playing field.

Chinese dumping trash in Europe and making Jeff rich

How many times I had to contact customer support because they took my money and were not dispatching or delivered low quality products or scams. It's enough now.
About 80% of all the goods are from China. Mr Bezos got rich by letting the Chinese dump their low quality trash into Europe, while local competition had to deal with decreased business. I would suggest to make Amazon illegal in Europe because it harms our economy. No more Harmazon for me, I stick to local business.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a light saber for my son for Christmas on the 2nd November. It said it would arrive on the 29th November , the latest 2nd December. It said if it didn't arrive on the 2nd I could request a refund, which I did. I still haven't q heard a thing from the seller and have messaged 3 times. The service is appalling and there is no one telling me where my refund is. To make matters worse , when I logged in earlier to get my order number , it told me I haven't ordered anything in the last 3 months which is total b#$@%^&t as I ordered the light sabre and an other toy for my son. I will not be using amazon again and I will be going further about this. Disgraceful service and a child who will be so disappointed on Christmas day.

Amazon standards deteriorating and are not to be trusted

As an Amazon market place customer for years I am disappointed to have to rate a company I once trusted with a 1 and would give then zero if it was possible.

The customer service levels are a disaster when things go wrong, they don't have a grasp on Import Duties for goods shipped to Ireland , and some of the practices could be seen as misleading under the advertising standards rules

On one occasion the delivery driver did not use the Eircode and left the product outside a bin at the wrong address - this took time and effort to resolve

I am not going to use Amazon anymore

NO WAY !!!!

This outfit are/were selling ASUS E402Y a PC with a poor reputation having Windows10 installed but ONLY having 64Gb and no way of increasing this. They would be very aware that this makes this product next to useless at €225 a throw.
NEVER AGAIN will I buy anything that they recommend or sell from this crowd again.

I ordered led lights off of amazon…

I ordered led lights off of amazon about a month ago. Paid for them and got a confirmation email and then last week i got an email to say they had been sent back to amazon. What a waste of money. Wouldn't recommend.
