The reason im here Amazone really stole my money the lowest but ive realized Google Swagbucks and so forth these companies have been getting over on people for years and they actually think there untouchable because we let them do it and they will continue to do people should stand as one ❤️ know matter race ,religion untill all the curuption is gone i believe we are the only courtney that allows foreigners to be free and it normally the majority and there frauding ,(homeaglow2.5m)( steeling money cash app) the list is long bet my life they'll think twice trying to *uck over somebody innocent again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My Balance History My mother gave me a $100 Amazon gift card for my birthday. I personally added it to my Amazon account and confirmed that my balance was $100.00. Today, when I attempted to use the gift card, my balance showed only $15.00. This means that $85.00 has disappeared from my gift-card balance without my authorization. Disputed Activity I did not purchase anything from Amazon yesterday. I did not place an order, redeem the balance, transfer the funds, or authorize anyone else to use my gift-card balance. I am certain that I did not spend, transfer, or otherwise use the missing $85.00. No one had my permission to access or use these funds. I am disputing the entire $85.00 reduction and request that Amazon treat it as unauthorized activity unless Amazon can provide specific records proving otherwise. Evidence I have screenshots and other records documenting that my gift-card balance was $100.00 before the funds disappeared and that it later showed only $15.00. I also have a witness and can provide security-camera footage if necessary. I will preserve all screenshots, records, communications, account information, and other evidence related to this matter. Requested Investigation I request that Amazon immediately conduct a complete investigation into the disappearance of $85.00 from my gift-card balance. Please identify: - The exact date and time the $85.00 was removed; - The transaction, order, redemption, transfer, or account activity associated with the missing funds; - The device, account, or other access information connected to that activity; - Whether the funds were used, transferred, refunded, or otherwise altered; and - Why my balance changed from $100.00 to $15.00. Please provide a complete accounting of what occurred and restore my full $100.00 gift-card balance immediately. At a minimum, if Amazon contends that the $85.00 was legitimately used, please provide the specific transaction details, including the order number, date, amount, and item or service allegedly purchased. I do not accept a generic response stating that I must have spent the money. I did not authorize or make any such purchase, and Amazon must investigate the unexplained reduction rather than simply assume that I am responsible for it. Escalation Steps I am giving Amazon the opportunity to resolve this matter promptly and directly. If the missing funds are not fully accounted for and restored, I am prepared to report the matter to the appropriate authorities and consumer-protection agencies and pursue every legitimate avenue available to recover my money. I will also retain and provide my documentation, including screenshots, records, witness information, and security-camera footage, as necessary. My balance was $100.00. I did not spend it. Amazon is now showing $15.00. That leaves $85.00 unaccounted for.
