So much wrong with amazon flex
So much wrong with amazon flex . Low pay , high mileage. Will send you an hour away , rough terrain in boonies with little pay . But the worst part is they will falsely accuse you of not delivering packages and demoting you for this . They will lower your standing for any little complaint . If the package is damaged by amazon , they will blame you. If buyer lies and says they didn't get package for free merchandise, you get dinged . If you leave package at front door instead of back door because it was safer geuss what another ding. Customer service is absolutely no help and will dismiss your issues and speak off script . If package gets stolen , you get dinged . This last issue my standing was lowered for no known reason . Nothing on my record but management will not fix it . Oh customers are alerted to keep their dogs secured , probably about 50 percent do not , so you have to return package back to station . Even when you return a package , amazon will say you did not and you get dinged again . Unfair and fraudulent practices by amazon flex and driver support and management could care less . I have reported them 3 times for bad business practices and unfair treatment to FTC . Just be prepared these routes will run your car down fast !! New brakes , new spark plugs , high miles , new tires , dogs have scratched my car up , just a few things , so is it really worth it ? High miles for sure . Amazon flex needs to pay alot more and fix their customer service !!
