Their services are awful!

Their services are awful! You can't find a shipping service worse than Amazon Logistics. These guys are lazy and stupid!!! Please Do Not use Amazon Logistics again when you have read my review!

Only one star as I’m unable to give zero.

An amazon logistics courier from Banbury depot stole a high value package on 28/02/24 from us and overrode the OTP (one time passcode) with my phone number after ringing me twice (3 minutes before I received an email to say the parcel had been “delivered”) Irrelevant of what Amazon tell you their passcode system is fallible as it CAN be overridden by couriers who have access to your phone number via the logistics centre.

Amazon will not replace nor refund these items as they appear delivered on their system. Couriers are therefore able to pick and choose what parcels they wish to keep for themselves.

If you find yourself in a similar position, contacting trading standards, your local police and the executive director of Amazon should ensure you get your money back as well as ensure that all theft has the appropriate action, don’t rely on Amazon to deal with this correctly .

I would give it zero stars

I would give this lot zero stars if that was possible. The appalling couriers that amazon logistics employ have the bad habit of leaving parcels outside people's front doors WITHOUT knocking on the door. And if you live on a ground floor, like I do, you're guaranteed to have your parcel stolen by one of the many passerbys.
Before purchasing anything online I now ask the seller what courier they're using. If it's amazon logistics I go and choose a different seller. Simple as. Because this bunch not only leave things outside unattended without knocking on your door, but they then have the nerve to ad "delivered to mailbox" to the tracking information even if the package didn't fit through the letterbox. Then when the parcel dissapears, sellers will wash their hands. Avoid these couriers: you will save yourself a lot of hassle and stress. Worst carrier in the industry.

Stoned driver, on time delivery

The delivery was made but the driver was clearly stoned. They smelled strongly of weed and were visibly not in full control of their van as they left my street. This is both illegal and highly dangerous. Drugs testing should be required for your drivers.

I cancelled Amazon Prime due to deliveries being left unattended in the lobby. Up until recently items were delivered to my door on the 2nd floor. Ebay sellers using AL beware.

PLEASE REPORT FANNY CARTIN IN AMAZON LOGISTICS SHE STOLE PACKAGES FROM CUSTOMERS

First of all, my delivery got super late behind, for some weird reason, then when called to find out where's my package 📦 some rude 😤 lady named FANNY in LOGISTICS answered me like a witch, she didn't let me talk at all and went off talking without stopping saying that after 14 days for a refund, and I was confused because I never asked her for a refund, SHE SAID SHE CAN'T DO ANYTHING UNTIL 14 DAYS HAVE PASSED, IF ANY OF YOU GUYS PASSED BY HER, PLEASE REPORT HER ASS FOR QUALITY CONTROL, THIS WOMAN IS A "DICTATOR" at the end, she never asked if I need anything else? She was rushing me to leave the phone call, everything is recorded, Please AMAZON LOGISTICS DON'T HIRE PEOPLE LIKE THIS WOMAN THAT HATES HER LIFE, AND PUT IT ON THE CUSTOMERS, SHES A WITCH, DICTATOR AND NARCICST...EVEN IF YOU ARE FRIENDS WITH HER OR KNOW HER, BECAUSE YOU WILL ALSO GET LIABLE FOR WHATEVER ACTIONS SHES DOING AGAINST CUSTOMERS.

Watched the driver sat in his van…

Watched the driver sat in his van outside my property on his phone clicking away then I get the “your order has been delivered through the letterbox” notification, it wasn’t. I spoke to live chat with them reassuring me he’ll deliver it in a minute. I have a door ring camera and taken a pic of the driver sitting outside and of course he drives off without even getting out of the van. I contacted Amazon with my proof of no attempted delivery and they keep repeating it’s been marked successfully delivered even with my proof they don’t care and I’ve lost my money now and no item to show for it.

Yesterday the delivery person threw my belongings up the stairs do they landed on the floor outside my door. The only thing that drew my attention was the van driving away. Today my belongings were thrown outside by my dustbins in the pouring rain. The book has turned to papermache and the other things have gone. The driver probably just opened his window and just threw it out so as to not get wet. This driver needs to be sacked. I cannot get to speak to anyone in amazon shopping because they know thier service is rotten so they just hide. Disgusting contemptuous company with contemptuous delivery drivers

They lie saying attempting delivery and after 3 days waiting in nothing
You can’t speak to anyone as a contact number does not exist
I’m trying to get my cash back but struggling

Appalling service

Appalling service, you stay at home expecting the delivery, you wait, tracking says ready/out for delivery.
Later to your surprise it says "delivered" when it hasn't reached you. The seller provide proofs of delivery to Ebay (to get their money) which you don't have access to, then you spend hours from Ebay to Amazon Logistics to challenge it, and then you don't get a refund because you can't challenge what they call a proof of delivery as if it was a scam.
There is no evidence of me signing for it or being photographed with the parcel because the parcel never reached me and yet I've spent £20 in exchange of nothing, great customer service, wouldn't you say?

Not my parcel!

Picture taken of parcel on doorstep, problem is its not my parcel. Mine has been delivered elsewhere.
These guys are useless.
They put the parcel by the door, take a picture and walk off. They ring the bell or they don't.
Absolutely useless delivery company.
Hopefully will be refunded for the parcel soon!

Horrible

Horrible. Ice called for the last week bc it's been late for a week now. They never have a clue of where my package is. Keep getting told it's shipped and then not shipped. I got 4 different promise dates and that it'll be there by the promised dates and it's not. This is the worst experience I've had with these people or the company. I would probably never order from them again.

You can't get a straight answer!!!

They keep jacking up our membership fees, and yet Amazon delivery keeps getting worse & worse!!! I actually busted a supposed logistics "supervisor" in a lie: he tells me (re: a package that is already 2 days late) that at 1pm Wed. my package was in route from 1 carrier facility to the local hub in my delivery area. At 9pm (1 hour before the 10pm delivery window ended) I tapped on the tracking update: it had just arrived at a carrier facility in Kentucky...I live in HOUSTON!!! What???? I called Amazon, and got the usual standard canned response " oh, I'm SO sorry for the inconvenience...." blahblahblah!!! Update: it's now Friday...the re-scheduled driver yesterday decided that 10pm was too late for him, so he quit at 8pm, took my stuff which had been on his truck & "out for delivery" since 10am that morning back to a carrier facility, and went home; called...again...this morning...and got no apology, no legit explanation, nothing...just "Oh, I'm SO sorry for the inconvenience..." my package is being re-assigned to a driver & will arrive today. Yeah, right...and I have some swampland in Florida for sale...wanna buy it?
UPDATE: I found my item on the product website...$30 cheaper with a Gift Code...I'll get it tomorrow, free delivery...just called and cancelled. DONE.
