Such a shame I can't leave negative…

Such a shame I can't leave negative stars or no stars at all!!

Purchased a book on eBay. Seller used Amazon logistics to deliver. Tracking shows successfully delivered. But no sign of the book, none of my neighbours know anything about it.

Unfortunately I don't have the book, but the seller is out of pocket, & out of stock, as eBay has refunded the purchase price.

As many have mentioned previously on this company. Pay peanuts get a monkey service!!

The last 3 deliveries landed outside my…

The last 3 deliveries landed outside my house, although I was sitting in the kitchen.
Every time the products could have been taken by someone else.
In one case they even made a photo of the packet lying on my Hollywood Swing.
Improvement: Sack the useless drivers.....

Pay peanuts this is what you get....And…

Pay peanuts this is what you get....And progressively getting worse.
Until recently I used Amazon a lot..I mean a lot.
This past year has been diabolical. Last 3 deliveries are a snapshot.
Two were thrown over the fence where a very prominent sign states 'please do not leave here, guard dog on duty' with a huge arrow pointing direction to front door 10 yds away. Consequently dog ate them. One order stated for 9 days continually out for delivery [having paid $27 express...on a $24 order] Of course we know they didnt even have the thing. Also this ties into there new purchasing rules..once out for delivery it cant be cancelled. TBA gives a clue, cant track it in real terms, TBA...then give up all hope. A coincidence most of these are Uber drivers?

WORST COMPANY EVER

Would never use this delivery company every again, especially since they lost my parcel which wasn't cheap by delivering it even tho I wasn't actually in my property so now I've got to wait for a replacement all because they were so unreliable and not helpful at all with telling me where they may of delivered it.

Horrible! Not happy at all... I did not get my package even though it says delivered to were I live in nj... I tracked my package it shows hackensack NJ. I'm not even near that location! Where is my package?!

Terrible courier service

Terrible courier service, don't ring the bell, and say delivery attempted. But it clearly hasn't been attempted. I'm considering leaving Amazon prime because of the poor courier service. I would have left no stars if it was an option.

Amazon items tossed on lawn near sidewalk

July 5, 2023. According to Amazon Customer Support, they are recently disconnected from Amazon logistics. 3 boxes and three soft packages were found tossed on the grass near the sidewalk, not anywhere near the porch. I.e. order number 113-0819711-8409834. When I contacted Amazon corporate, they said that they will address the issue with Amazon’s local logistics service.

has repeatedly left parcels outside at an incorrect address in adverse weather conditions with no notifications regarding the state of delivery.
How difficult is it to be aware of the weather forecast and find somewhere dry to leave parcels?!?!?

Amazon logistics failed to deliver my parcel AGAIN

I always use collection point when I can to avoid dealing with Amazon logistics as they failed to deliver my parcels 6 times in the past 12 months when I had to use home delivery. With Amazon UK, I had two orders handled by Amazon logistics, both of them didn't arrive. With Amazon Belgium, I used home delivery only twice, and Amazon logistics failed twice. I have to be very lucky to receive my parcels at home from Amazon logistics and most of the time I am not so lucky. When tracking shows my orders are dispatched from Antwerp by Amazon logistics, I can already see me filing refund claims. Their customer service promised they would do something to prevent this unpleasant situation from happening again but it turns out nothing has ever changed.

Completely useless

Completely useless, I feel sorry for the houses that keep getting my parcels due to Amazon Logistics inability to check a house number or street name. Not actually knowing where its been delivered is beyond frustrating, why should I have to go knocking on random doors to see if they might have my delivery again. Sellers need to stop using Amazon Logistics altogether. If you buy from Amazon direct there is never an issue but the Logistics side is appalling.

Sloppy work

My parcel was left upside down by the garden wall at nearly the furthest point to the entrance. We were in and the bell did not get rung or door knocked and the driver would have had to walk past the front door to leave the parcel in the position we found it. Given all this we think the parcel was thrown over the wall. It’s doesn’t look damaged but we don’t want to put Pyrex dishes in the oven and find they have tiny chips or cracks. Also, how and in what world is leaving a parcel in the garden handing it to the resident?

Useless

Useless. Next day delivery, and tracking shows that it only been picked. No update. Customer service reps, are Useless as well.

I was in the middle of explaining my concern and he transfered me to someone else. Who just responded with "let me read the previous correspondence to get up to speed". The previous correspondence was 2 lines, then they didn't respond for 15 minutes. And then it was "late packages are typically delivered with in 24 to 48 hours.

I purchased it because it said "guaranteed" next day.

My last order was "guaranteed" Thrusday delivery it showed up on Monday???

This garbage group doesnt even deserve…

This garbage group doesnt even deserve one star. Spoke to 4 people. Only one actually gave a damn. One puke was argumentative, the next moron hung up on me and one snot claimed to escalate the delivery issue. Still no order. The delivery drivers dont read instructions. Even basic info. Wasted over 90 minutes between all of them. Pitiful joke of a company.

Update: 7 Amazon logistics "customer service reps" and then my items were returned. Garbage. Useless dolts. Then !! Wait! They complained about me to Amazon and was issued a warning. Bwahahahaha!! Bite me Amazon. I can get better service and product from my locals from here on out. Useless morons.

Amazon Logistics is HORRIBLE

My neighbors and I have had nothing but problems with Amazon Logistics since we moved here in March. I’m beginning to think I can’t order from Amazon anymore. This would be highly inconvenient for me. Please hire actual drivers. Stop with the “Uber Eats” model of delivery. I can wait a couple days for my packages!! And, at the very least, stop sending drivers out at 4:30 in the morning: Nobody needs their package then!! Almost every time we have an issue with a driver, it’s a contractor in a private car. We’ve had drivers racing down our gravel road where the posted speed is 15mph, have had items not arrive at all, items misdelivered, and had an uninsured driver with expired tags get stuck on an unpaved section of our road while trying to deliver at an unnecessary time of day. This is all in the last 2 weeks!! Your vetting process for these drivers seems sketchy and I’m not sure that I feel comfortable having them on my property.

Most customer centric company in the world? No. Get your act together, Amazon!

Lackadaisical Amazon TBA Personnel

My complaint concerns the lack of professionalism amongst some Amazon TBA Logistics personnel. I live in a 31 story building in New York City. The TBA delivery persons are required to leave packages outside the doors of residents and take a cell phone photo as "proof of delivery". While the majority of the TBA Logistics employees follow procedures, many do not and instead leave packages in the lobby of the building under the mailboxes where the packages are stolen. There is also a sign visibly posted in the building lobby by management requesting delivery people not to leave packages in the lobby but , instead, outside residents' doors.
My building has 24-7 guards at the door entrance and when they request some of the TBA Logistics delivery people not to leave packages in the lobby, the building guards are ignored. Despite building residents who have consistently complained, this situation continues to exist, particularly amongst "new hires".

I have never seen a shipping company…

I have never seen a shipping company like that. How come they always leave the package at the main door of a building even though they have a buzzer number to dial to get the delivery properly ? Why do people never receive any email notification when the package is delivered ? So many packages are lost by this company that some people think the drivers left the packages to an unsafe place on purpose for their own interest.
