Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 461 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers expressed dissatisfaction with the delivery service, noting frequent delays, failed deliveries, and packages being left in inappropriate locations, despite paying for expedited shipping. People also felt that the subscription cost was no longer justified, as the benefits, such as fast delivery and quality streaming content, had significantly deteriorated. Reviewers frequently encountered issues with the product and service, including missing items, damaged goods, and a lack of effective customer support when problems arose. Some people were dissatisfied with the streaming service, mentioning buffering issues and the need to rent or buy content that was expected to be included with their subscription. However, a few other people also felt that the convenience of shopping for a broad range of products and entertainment was still a unique advantage.

STOP CHARGING EXTRA

Ive used amazon prime for many years and have found some great programs or movies to watch .. but after paying my subscription they want extra to stop the ads that are constantly disrupting my viewing.. why should i have to pay extra to remove them, and why should i be charged extra to watch certain series or movies..
another subscription charges 1 payment and you can watch anything they have available with no ads and added extras ..

Amazon please change your subscription to include every free.. dont be greedy 🤦‍♀️

Professional groomers!
They get you in with a subscription that demands loyalty for a low cost.
All media free with no adds,
Free delivery from their package site( despite massive delays and failed deliveries , parcels abandoned without even knocking your door or ringing your bell.
Then introduces adverts for ancient films and tv series’s. Charging for movies that are available elsewhere with no extra charge. Market control, abuse customers under false pretences. This platform needs to die. Send the message, we are customers, not something to be abused and exploited

They are completely disjointed and in different silo's

So, after several weeks of making comments regarding packages that continue to be delivered to the wrong address.
Out of ongoing frustrations I carefully read over their entire CS (customer service) site and found a telephone number for "International".
Called the number and spoke at length to a CS representative who was (I've not idea to know where they were). After a 52 minute call to 1.888.280.4331 I really thought I was getting somewhere.

Got an e-mail:
Hello,
This is Masrath, with Amazon's Shipping and Delivery Support Escalations Team.
Firstly, I want to thank you for your time and efforts reaching us today about your concern.
I am grateful for the warm approach that you gave, I apologize for the unsatisfactory experience with a delivery driver.
I have passed your message on to the appropriate department in our company for immediate action to be taken.

If you have any other question feel free to contact us.
Hope you were still satisfied with how I handled your concern today.
We hope to see you again

I took this as a good sign and based on their solicitation for other questions I replied. It wasn't specific on WHERE to contact them so I Replied To: as most people would.
My Reply
Firstly,
Thanks for even contacting me. Never thought it would happen considering how long we’ve been dealing with.
We moved to this property in late December physically but were on holiday until 02 January 2026. That’s when we began ordering, in earnest, to finish up the little touches.
Initially we just dealt with all of the packages being delivered to the clubhouse, despite the specific instructions for delivery in our account.
I had experienced some strange neck pain and on 06 January was diagnosed with a cracked vertebrae (pedicle fracture of my C7) which was going to involve a fairly complicated and serious surgery (see attached new hardware added to my cervical / thoracic spine. Now I’m not able to lift more than 10lbs, bend my neck and several other restrictions.
At that point we drew the line (or I did), and notified Amazon that if it wasn’t delivered per the delivery instructions, it was considered “undelivered” my wife continues to drag a 6-wheel dolly (that we got from Amazon) because we are now in a 2-story unit. The 6 wheels are in a 3x3 configuration to help going up stairs.
Once I had voiced my displeasure most recently, whoever makes the delivery is careful to make the statement that "it was delivered to the front door or near the front door" but then, they finish up with a picture of the common area mailroom as proof of delivery. A blatantly false statement.
We believe that yesterday 27 February, was the first day that EVERY Amazon package was in fact delivered to our front door.
This is great, now we just need to ensure all of the delivery personnel get the message.
I understand that they aren’t ‘official Amazon employees’ but they are the ‘face’ of the company since they are 99.999999% of the time customers have physical interactions with Amazon.
Thanks in advance for what I hope can be a teaching / learning moment for everyone.

I waited in great anticipation for their "reply" and this is what I got:

Well that wasn't what I expected but then I received 2 missed calls from +1.206.922.0800 and I know area code 206 is Washington St - where the mothership lives. So I return a call to the 'SPAM' number that my phone tagged and spoke to a young person at 0751 CST on 27 Feb. I explained that I was returning a missed call. She said that was impossible. I explained that my phone had received 2 calls earlier that morning (27 Feb 2026) at 0458 and 0459 and she said that was impossible.

I have a few complaints about Amazon…

I have a few complaints about Amazon…
I have a few complaints about Amazon Prime. The first is i got my cell service under the promotion of Amazon Prime video that as long as i kept Metro PCS as my mobile provider i would not have to pay for it. Woow and behold few mnths in i start getting charged for something that should be free. When i calk customer service to get things straightened out the rep says she has never heard of the promotion. Ok??? Then recently i got got Paramount Premium for the 7 day free trial. Ok, cancelled that then got a pop up: get Paramount Premium for .99 for the next 3 mnths then be billed the $16 after the 3 mnth trial. Git an email there was an issue with my payment and GUESS WHAT??? The charge was not for the .99 but the $16. And for some reason Amazon Prime keeps trying to charge my card $11 to my card for services i DID NOT agree to... No wonder theyre being sued

Parcel dumped over gates

I had a parcel containing foodstuffs delivered by Amazon Prime. It was dumped over my gate onto the drive and left. I found it later that evening. This is not acceptable and not the first time it has happened.
The delivery note states it was handed to the customer which is an absolute lie. I shall be cancelling my Amazon Prime subscription.

Not Receiving My Amazon Prime Benefit's As Policy States

Purchases says delivery tomorrow is it's purchased now, the products is received 4 days later, and then justifying, sorry for the delay. As a Prime Member I expect to received my packages in 2 days, they are constantly been delay and not receiving a promotional refund for the delays. I'm very upset with their bad delivery functionality. I will be contacting customer service regarding this issue, and will be considering terminating my prime membership and/or closing my account. Its better going directly to a store and purchasing the product. Right now I'm going through another delay.

Never get deliveries on date listed!

I order a item and date shows 2 days, Amazon was at one time very good at keeping that date. Now the normal response is your delivery has been delay. Then it keeps saying that for 2 or 3 day after the due date. They want your business but has no problems delaying the order. Amazon needs to figure the problem out.

Amazon Prime rejected our complaint

Amazon Prime rejected our complaint. Our detailed description did not fit their format. We were unable to get them to respond to the fact that poor packaging and shipping by their vendor caused the problem. Their main focus in on sales and getting paid - not fair treatment of the customer.

Amazon is playing smart on people these…

Amazon is playing smart on people these days. What is the essence of monthly subscription if you will cancel people’s deliveries and send the annoying message “Now Arriving Tomorrow” on the very day the package is supposed to be delivered??? You guys need to stop. In fact, I am canceling the subscription right away.

Degrading into terrible slop

While I can tolerate some advertising, the sheer intrusiveness and frequency make classic TV seem tame by comparison. Combined with declining content quality, clumsy pay-per-view pushes, and a perpetually clunky interface, the entire experience has degraded into something terrible. At this point, it’s far better to just watch YouTube.

Ordered an item that did not arrive as delivered to wrong address. Amazon not interested.

Ordered an item. Paid for it next day delivery. Informed item was delivered but it wasn’t. Amazon said I pay for prime next day and it wasn’t delivered but to the wrong address. They said they had fulfilled their promise and it wasn’t delivered a mistake from their driver and there are times that the driver picks the option it is handed to resident when it has not been delivered. The manager noumar and advisor nefry did not really care that the item was not delivered and nounars answer was “ well you can reorder it”. Amazon customer service has gone from excellent to absolute
Rubbish. But I suppose the owner has made his billions now so why should they care about the normal customer which they obviously don’t. Disgusted with the service I received. Admitting they made a mistake but then saying the item was delivered to the wrong address. Looks like I will be cancelling my subscriptions. Was called by the distribution center who said they will investigate it but will take 48 hours. An absolute joke.

Once the order has been completed they keep changing the delivery date.
