Absolutely IDIOTS!!

Absolutely IDIOTS!!! I entered my phone number and payment card, then my account got instantly blocked and I was told that instructions were sent to my email… except I was NEVER asked to enter any email address. :D absolutely nobrains

The Beginning of the End for Prime Video

Amazon Prime Video is going to hurt the Amazon brand big time. People like me already hate it, and not just the ads themselves but even the products in them. I don’t buy any of them anymore, even ones I used to buy. It creates pure negativity. We don’t have much time as it is, and now a 50 minute episode comes with 6 ad breaks, each over a minute and sometimes more than two. You end up losing more than 10 minutes of your life per episode. It feels excessive and completely ruins the experience. This is something that used to be included, and now it feels like you are being pushed to pay extra just to get back what you already had. That doesn’t feel right. There are now other places to buy things cheaper, and they are building warehouses in the UK. There are also other streaming services with no ads at no extra cost, including some of the biggest platforms. People have options. Many empires and big companies have fallen before, all of them eventually do, and this feels like the kind of decision that pushes people away instead of keeping them. Very disappointing.

Prime are really taking the PISS…

Prime are really taking the PISS recently. We pay a subscription to watch their services. And EVERYTIME I watched a series, im so far in and they then update it on my account to purchase it!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous and now im cancelling my membership because they are money grabbing +++++!!
Try to screw me, you lose me as a long term customer!

Shocking customer service setup

Lost my phone now I can't log into my account. Trying to contact you over this is ridiculous. Something that should be fixed instantly. I'm having to wait upto 24 hours to see if anyone HOPEFULLY RESPONDS..

After phoning Bangladesh 🇧🇩 or god knows where. After speaking with customer service I dont think im any closer to getting my account back. Over a lost phone number

I've managed to get my banking, credit, crypto & trading apps but not prime video.

Amazon prime video is awful

Amazon prime video is a joke you pay a subscription and you still have to pay for videos and put up with interminable adverts. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. The worse thing is that Amazon doesn't care what it's customers think.

Been with Prime Video

Been with Prime Video, I think, for about 14 years. Big changes since then.
It seems to be about money now. Loads of ads, even when trying to find something to watch.
But worse, I keep getting caught out by additional charges to watch following series. They offer the first, with no warning I could see that would have stopped me watching the first one.
I am watching less and less Prime Video now, due to charges and adds, and the fact that there are so many free TV and film content channels now available - like Samsung TV and Tubi.
Very disappointing to see how Prime Video has gone from being the best, to what it is now.

Be careful with additional…

Be careful with additional subscriptions like Luna or TSN, you click somewhere and without knowing you are subscribed with autorenew. No refund.
Its the lowest of the lowest in customer service. I paid for 6 additional without knowing.

this is ridiculous.

what i find absolutely ridiculous is we are paying for it already. and then we have to pay for ads to get rid of, movies we want to watch, and already a monthly subscription.
crazy part is the movies that you have to pay for, are movies everybody would watch. the owner makes enough money. can you think about the people that don’t have all the funds in this world? especially in this economy. this is ridiculous. do better.
