I like ambala sweet one of my favourite sweets shops 👍and i am very old customer, i think it’s the new owner but the test is same i was worried about the test!! And there is more new sweet which is good😊little sweet like balushahi and chamcham size i chance otherwise everything is good test same😊 Nowdays ambala is not selling online jalebi please add jalebi,I tried many other places can’t find jalebi like Ambala so mouthwatering 😋😋thank you for yummy swewt🙏 i like to give 5 stars

placed an online order on 4 March for delivery on 6 March to Lancaster University for my son’s birthday. The parcel was never delivered and I have emailed customer service but received no reply. Very disappointing service.”

0n time delivery and good quality. online ordering is ok but I feel there should be customisable boxes where customers can choose what sweet they want.

I would like to mention that, the last 2 years online delivery of ambala sweets and my recent order was not up to standard or quality. Sweets have dropped to poor standard, no freshness and no taste, poor quality, no cream or smoothness of the barfi,to dry. Also the rest of the sweets had no taste or freshness, poorly made.
I have been disappointed that there has been no improvement on online delivery in the last 3 years, no standard does not meet expectations of the customer, lost the quality.

Best mithai for years!

Easy to order and received on time. The sweets were fresh and of the quality you expect from Ambala.
Would have been nice to have been able to select which sweets I wanted in a large box, instead had to order smaller separate boxes. Too much cling film and plastic packaging used.

Misrepresentation of advertisement picture on website to reality. I ordered single small favours of 25 lots of the habsi halwa for my baby favours and it was packed into individual containers of “cake box” branded pink boxes instead that were too big for the size of the halwa as the store informed me there is no longer the ambala branded boxes provided to the store anymore as is advertised on the website so I had to pay for tin and change my plans of what I gifted my family and friends at the very last minute

Fast delivery of well packaged Indian sweets, as usual they were delicious just as they were when my mum used to get them when I was a child.

Since take over of Ambala, quality went downhill, too much colour's, every items looks and taste less,

I have contacted them twice and they have not responded. The bedana I ordered tastes like it has either been left in the sun or cooked in old oil. I ordered a large box of baklava and it has a sell by date of less than 2 weeks!!! Never again.

New website a nightmare. Doesn't appear to accept change of delivery address despite several attempts. Previous website worked fine so not sure why re-registration was necessary.
