Ordered a dining table and chairs from Ambalfurniture. Product is fantastic, service excallent - communication was detailed, prompt and extremely helpful and considerate. We had a minor issue with some screws, etc, and they were sent out immediately with frequent and punctual updates direct to my email.
The service Sam has provided us was second to none. Thank you !!

I recently took delivery of a Santorini Fire Pit Table and 6 Chairs. My experience from this company has been world class. I accessed their website and then their online chat. Responses from their staff (Sam) was pretty much instantaneous and he was able to answer ALL of my many questions immediately. The order process was seemless and I was contacted by the delivery agents, giving me a choice of dates and advised what time slot the delivery would be made. The two delivery men wee very impressive. Nothing was too much trouble putting the items exactly where I wanted them, also asking me to check the packaging for any signs of damage, there were none. I received telephone calls again from Sam asking if the delivery date and time were acceptable, checking they had been received and also if I was happy with the delivery. The quality of the furniture is superb, the Customer service as I have already said World Class and their prices are very good too. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone, but particularly my friends and family. Thank you Ambalfurniture and of course Sam

Westminster dining range looks great. I am really happy with it.
Had an issue with the delivery but Sam was great in sorting it out. He was very quick in responding, a real credit to the company. Its reassuring that the customer really does come first.

Not only did Ambal Furniture have great selection of furniture at really competitive prices, their service was fantastic too. With feedback from their delivery service that I might not have confirmed a date, Ambal telephoned me to make sure all was ok. Both items of furniture I ordered arrived separately due to different manufacture as expected, but both arrived when on time and by a good, helpful delivery team. Really pleased with both items and their quality of manufacture. I would highly recommend Ambal Furniture.

beautiful ted chair
since order this chair i recieved frequent updates regarding my order and the time scale of when it would be delivered. however when it got delivered, the chair legs where missing, so i emailed them and got a response the next day. the customer service was amazing and extremely helpful. Sam was extremely helpful with this situation
