Horrible

Horrible. I sually never write review but I didn't even receive what I bought. When I reached out and let them know, they said they weren't responsible if the stuff I purchased was delivered or not. Super unprofessional. Do not buy from them.

If I could give this review zero stars…

If I could give this review zero stars I would.

I wear an extra small in leggings. I ordered the mediums. They are hip bone at Best definitely show through your leggings. Makes the camel toe worse because of the mini pad that sewn into the camel toe area and the fact that they are not true to size so you have to yank them up to keep from having the underwear show through your leggings.

Then they tried to give you a 50% discount on your next purchase when you complain. You cannot return them because their underwear of course but like I’m gonna buy this product again when I see how badly made they are?

Straight from China too. Hopefully I can find something made in the US that actually works. I would pay.

Very disappointed with 7 prs of thong u nderwear purchased… the fit was alright but certainly don’t live up to the “camel toe” hype! Refund policy is just wrong .. can only return if you purchase more… why would I?

Not what they advertise and they won't accept returns

I measured these against another pair I wear and they are absolutely not as advertised. The "no camel toe" is nothing but a regular padded area, nothing different from any other pair of underpants I own. Upon asking to initiate a refund, they told me they would not accept underpants back according to their store, and that I could have a 50% discount on future orders. I sent them their refund policy from their website and will see how they reply.

Not as advertised

I ordered from Ambarwear expecting a seamless design as shown on their website, but the product I received had a different band and construction. It did not match the product images or description.

When I contacted customer service, they initially indicated a refund would be requested, but later refused and relied on a general policy instead of addressing the discrepancy.

The product quality and communication were disappointing, and the item was not as advertised

Sizing not accurate/poor costumer service.

Size small is noticeably much smaller compared to other name brand small underwear I own. Costumer service refuses to give an exchange saying for “hygiene proposes” that in their policy it says they don’t. However in the return policy it says nothing of the sort, it actually states with given proof of perfect factory conditions they can be returned or exchanged. I emailed them immediately after opening, they were delivered the day before. I could immediately tell they were way too small and would never fit. Didn’t even need to try them on. I bought 4 underwear and the only offer they will give me is a 50% off to buy more, that most likely won’t fit correctly either. If a size small looks like an xxs my best guess of what size I would need would be xl ,xxl???? Why I would take another chance at an obvious lie and way to take more of costumers money. I also tried calling costumer service phone number I found and was hung up on when saying I needed a refund.

The thongs don't fit well

The thongs don't fit well, don't stay in place, show through clothes and don't do what they say the do in advertising. They won't accept returns even if the ones you didn't try on and their customer service people give me a different response each time I reach out.

Stay away-Horrible sizing-at least 2sizes too…M looks like XS

Horrible sizing-at least 2sizes too small. Ambar does not stand up to their own Return Policy stated on their website! They will not exchange or allow all items including new , unopened ones for sanitary reason. That was not in their published Return Policy- misleading, deceitful and poor customer service response time.

There are no refunds or exchanges for the high-rise thong underwear I purchased. I did not try them on, but I could tell they were too small. They offered an additional discount if I made another purchase, which I refused. I eventually tried them on with my leggings. The stitching across the padded area (where the pubic bone is located) is very visible through the fabric of the leggings (light or dark). Basically, this thong underwear does not deliver what it promises to. I am shocked they are in business.

Save your money

Save your money. I ordered $60 worth of seamless underwear thong underwear and did not receive the correct order. Also, the smalls are like xtra smalls. They wouldn’t exchange so now I’m stuck with items that I didn’t want

Not satisfited

I am 115 lbs, 5"3. I ordered a small. Beware, the small was so tight - definitely more XS. I asked to exchange but no deal. On the website, they state:
Within 30 days from the date of delivery you have the option to exchange the purchased items. You can request a size change or a refund.
Items must be in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging, and with all the supplied accessories.
Not true. Hidden under the underwear section, it states that returns and exchanges are not excepted except for sizing issues.
This was a sizing issue, but still they would not exchange for a Medium. They offered a 50% discount on a new order. I emailed back and forth with them.
So, be careful, the sizing is off and the customer service is not satisfactory. I ordered from another similar company and the small was perfect.

A dozen pairs purchased.

After two or three washes the inside liner crumples up and is impossible to smooth out. They need to stitch it at the corners. Otherwise it is a nice fit, but useless now!

Complete Scam

How disappointing!! The alleged "insert" that supposedly eliminates (or mitigates) camel toe, is so flimsy that it is almost non-existent. There is little to no difference when wearing them. Please don't waste your money on this product.
