I'm leaving a 1 star review because it's impossible to leave no stars. The jacket I purchased was absolute rubbish, took ages to arrive and I had to send it back to China. They offered a no return 25% refund, that seemed like madness so I chose to send the item back, it's now been weeks and I've given up any hope of getting anything back from these scammers. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
Please be aware that if you wish to return an item it is at your cost recorded delivery to China. They initially offered me a 25% refund for non return and then increased this to 50%.
DO NOT trust or buy from this company. They appear to be a reputable UK based company, but they are in fact based in Asia. The website reviews I believe are a sham and not to be believed. Most importantly the quality of their products is appalling. Very cheaply made /low quality, which is completely at odds with their top-end pricing. They quote that their returns process is straightforward, but it is not, given you have to ship back to Asia, so they rely on you accepting a partial 25% refund on your order. It's a complete sham.
