Amber app has made investing in bitcoin extremely easy. It has a user friendly interface with plenty options of how you choose to invest. The team behind amber have also been super efficient on resolving any issues. I’ve been dealing with Paul. He’s extremely knowledgeable in the industry and seems very passionate.

I am compelled to share a distressing experience I've encountered with the Amber app, and I hope my story serves as a cautionary tale for fellow users. My intention is not to harm the reputation of any platform but to shed light on an unjust situation and advocate for fairness.

Recently, I've been falsely accused of forging statements within the Amber app, resulting in the withholding of my funds. This has led to an eviction and severe financial hardship. It's crucial for users to be aware of the potential consequences of such accusations and the impact they can have on their lives.

I've sought assistance from both the crypto app and the review platform to rectify this situation promptly. However, the process has been arduous, and I'm still awaiting a fair resolution.

I encourage users to approach crypto platforms with caution and to be vigilant about the potential consequences of false accusations. Transparency and fairness are paramount in such situations, and I hope my experience serves as a call for greater accountability within the crypto community.

Hey Joshua here, I was given a-lot of mixed feedback before I decided to trade with AmberApp majority of it was positive only cons really was they only offered the option to purchase and trade btc, I began verifying my account and sending a small deposit everything seemed to be fine this was back on the 19/11/2023 so fast forward a few days and as you know there was rumours btc and eth would go on another bull run. Anxious to get involved in the market in a nice position ready for the following year I make a larger deposit now this was on the 1st of December 2024 as they only offer Btc I had planned to send out the btc I had purchased to my external wallet where I can half it to eth and any other stable coins I had desired to trade. However on the 2nd when I had attempted to logged back into my Amber my sms wasn’t working, so you can imagine my frustration remaining calm I messaged ambers support team a day later they responded with a automated message basically saying my account flagged and I will have to wait for there payment processor to come and investigate. They told me it would be no longer than 2-3 weeks at the time and that my funds where safe and I have nothing to worry about, here is where I’ve been getting anxiety from nearly a month and a half later these guys have not given me back access to my account the market has gone up by around 20% since I first purchased the Btc and I feel as they though they have been trading with my assets I wouldn’t come here to ruin someone’s company like this but I’ve been treated like a dog these past 9-10 weeks or so getting sent the same automated message back each time showing how they have no respect or intentions of doing the right thing all I want is for my Btc to be withdrawn and to access my account because Amber app gives you account limits I didn’t go over my account limit at ALL so why and how they think they can just rob and walk over regular customers I don’t know I hope someone can get back to me because I’ve sent them all the verification they asked for and still I’m waiting for my own funds I hope this message was educational and useful. The worst crypto exchange I have ever used I deposited funds and they aren’t allowing me to withdraw and access my funds. It has been a month and they haven’t sorted out anything please avoid this app at all costs. Nobody use this app I have had the worst customer service and an extremely bad experience DO NOT USE. Someone also kept logging in my account have been battling to get them out for ages. There have been so many glitches and bugs. When I try and withdraw crypto it takes me back a page and doesn’t go through. Codes don’t work when trying to input. I can’t take anymore with this app, if you have this app I insist and plead that you delete your account with them and the application off your phone. I really am traumatised by this app. This crypto exchange has to be by far the worse I repeat DO NOT USE!!!

Cant log in to my account, tried contacting for more than a month and no response. i tried to open it again to check and i cant even open the app saying something went wrong.

dont invest in this app, they wont let me log into my account, no response from the team, and even blocks me out from the app.

Recently had to make a withdrawal. There was a slight hiccup in the process. I reached out to Amber through the app and my queries were very promptly answered. I felt reassured by the response and the speed my query was answered. All in all no complaints from me. Well done Amber! 👍

AmberApp is the best place to buy bitcoin! Wish I had started stacking there sooner. The support team is awesome & make it an easy experience. So far a great experience. Bitcoin only, they listen to feedback, and I hope they keep on improving.

Not really satisfied by the app, bought for €1100 worth of bitcoins on the app with my card. After I bought it I was not able to use my funds and after messaging them they said I will have to wait for 45 days until I can use the funds. I bought from this platform because I thought it was fast and easy. 45 days waiting my balance can be way up or way down. And the saddest part of all is that I bought bitcoin with my card to make a purchase which I now have to wait 45 days for.

I don’t recommend to buy here with you’re card if you need you’re funds asap.

Amber App is the easiest way to start on your Bitcoin journey, and by far my favorite Bitcoin only exchange. I first heard about it listening to Evolve NetworkTV and podcasts by Aleks. I loved how simple it was to deposit AUD and buy BTC!  The Customer Service Ive received since I joined in Sep 2021 has been outstanding! The Team at Amber, Nat and Ryan have always been very helpful and patient with all my questions. Also thank you to Kai for helping me with SMSF. Highly recommend Amber App.
