Excellent service from Jacob in the showroom to Minder and his colleague who did the templating and installation. Very customer focused nothing too much trouble. Tried another local company for quartz worktops beforehand, and decided Amber was the company for us.
Amber kept us informed throughout, attention to detail was exceptional and we are extremely happy with the way our kitchen revamp turned out. Would definitely recommend 10/10 thanks

Unbelievable service from Jacob, Minder and everybody at Amber. Whether it be tirelessly searching the internet for styles, turning quotes around in minutes and being super flexible with template and fit dates everything has been brilliant. Finished product is perfect and we would give them our highest recommendation.

Ordered a granite worktop through a third party, the job was measured and installed in a week by the owner and another fitter. They were exactly on time, friendly and reassuring when having to make adjustments on the day (the sink unit having been altered after they measured). Great attention to detail and pride in their product which looks really super!
No idea about price comparisons, but a totally professional service.

These guys really know their stuff, from initial contact to final fitting the experience has been first class. Full of experience and advice a true pleasure to use. My kitchen looks amazing and the attention to detail makes it even better.

We had an excellent experience with this company. Wide selection of worktops and Jacob was very thorough helping us to make our choice. Once ordered it was templated and fitted really quickly. We were kept well informed of times and dates. Fitters did a fabulous job taking care with all the small detàils and were very professional and took great pride in their work. From start to finish the whole experience was fantastic. We met Jacob in the showroom first and that that set the standard for the rest of the project; his customer service was 10/10. We had a technical drawing and quote within minutes. We were even shown large pieces of quartz in the workshop; something no other company had been able to do. Also we were able to take some small pieces home to test next to our tiles; again something no other company had allowed. Within days Minda came out to template and the worktop was fitted within a week! His team have done a superb job and I cannot fault it. His attention to detail was second to none. We are more than thrilled with our new quartz worktop, thank you.

Amber Granite show room is a small unit in Flint. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the wide selection of Granite and quartz worktops on show as I had spent many months searching for the right worktop .Jacob who dealt with the sale was very helpful and what I appreciated most was he kept me informed and rang when he said he would . The job from start to finish was completed within two weeks.
The lad’s who came to fit the worktop, turned up on time and were very polite and professional and completed the work to a very high standard. I would like to thank Amber Granite and would highly recommend this company.

We went along to Amber Granite just to have a look. We only needed a piece to do around our sink which would compliment the new wood work tops we have bought to install.
Because our needs were not great, we were shown the offcuts and found the perfect piece to suit our kitchen.
Even better, the man who came to measure suggested there was enough in the offcut to do splashback and windowsill for an additional cost. We hadn't even thought of that but agreed it would be a good idea.
It looks great! The fitters were professional and have done a fantastic job with a lovely finish.
We are looking forward to receiving the last piece, which was cut out for the sink, as chopping board. 😊.

Wow wow wow is all I can say these guys go above and beyond from the minute I stepped in the door of their showroom I knew I'd be going no where else. The service is great nothing is too much trouble the girls are so friendly and know their stuff they advised me honestly, the fitting guys are amazing too from measuring to fitting so friendly ,professional and great at their job. You will not get the service,the price and the personnel touch from these big companies that you get off these guys oh and my amazing quartz worktops look amazing I cannot recommend these guys and this company enough.

Absolutely fabulous service from start to finish!
We had done our research as there are so many companies out there and there are so many quartz options but from the minute we first arrived at the unit everything was simplified. We were shown different slabs available and costs of the different pieces. The prices were so much cheaper than elsewhere and the quality of quartz exceptional. Lucy was so lovely and helpful, so patient with us, she responded to our questions and was genuinely so interested in the work we were having done and ideas for our kitchen and made the whole process so easy. Minda the fitter was incredibly knowledgeable and a true perfectionist, he has a great eye for detail and he went out of his way to show us different options and spent so much time with us to make sure we had the piece we wanted and he was honest in what piece, tone and pattern worked best with the unit colour.
We booked the team in for a measure on the Weds and said we’d like it as quickly as possible - it was fitted on the Friday! How exceptional is that!
Our house doesn’t have the best access but nothing was a problem for Minda and Matthew. And the slab and units were incredibly heavy. They clearly love what they do and were as thrilled at the result as indeed we were, they were so lovely.
The price was cheaper by far; the quality of quartz was excellent. But the whole team, Lucy, Minda, and Matthew made it for us, their friendliness, knowledge, patience, humour and passion for their work - what a team! The result is absolutely stunning. A massive thank you! Becky & Jeanette

We went to Amber Granite based on reviews and comments by others. The choice of worktops is is excellent and we found Lucy to be very professional and knowledgeable. We chose several samples and were given prices on all. We went for 30mm thick quartz worktop which we consider was well worth the extra cost over 20mm thick. Price was very competitive compared with other local companies.

Minda and his fitter are very skilful professional with a fine attention to detail, taking great care with the measurement, cutting and installation of the quartz. They impressed our kitchen fitter who has experienced many different companies over recent years. We can't thank them enough would definitely recommend Amber Granite.

We went to Amber Granite on a recommendation from friends and knew as soon as we visited that they were the right people to install our quartz worktops.
We received excellent customer service from Lucy. Nothing was too much trouble and the photos and advice we received proved so helpful in making the final choice. Her quick response to all queries was much appreciated.
Minda is a skilful professional, who took great care with the measurement, cutting and installation of the quartz, ably assisted by his co-worker. They have done an excellent job, and the outcome is stunning.

We used Minda from Amber granite to do our kitchen. The service and attention to detail is outstanding. There is attention to the finest detail. Nothing is too much trouble. The quality of the quartz is fantastic. The price was cheaper than others I had. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again for my bathroom, outdoor kitchen and washroom.

A fantastic experience from start to finish! The sales staff (Lucy?) was so helpful and patient with us endlessly changing our minds. And once we had ordered, the turn around was super quick. They allowed us to inspect our slab before it was installed.
The guys did a fabulous job fitting it. We really couldn't be more pleased with our worktops. Thank you!
