The wig was beautiful! The hair quality is silky and smooth. Their customer support is truly amazing and they were helpful through every step of the way.

Couldn’t rate Amber Jean shop any higher!! I went for the Amber style and I absolutely love it!! It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for for sooo long and I have felt so much more confident about myself since wearing it. It looks very natural, I have had loads of compliments and the colour is exactly what I was looking for. I also bought one of their beautiful headscarves which I absolutely love. It doesn’t slip and feels so soft on my hair free head.

Oh my god!! I just received my Amber Jean and. Am not one for reviews but I simply cannot stay quiet about this amazing wig I have just received! Firstly the packaging was beautiful it - feels like such a luxury item. Love the drawstring bag. And then the piece itself - I bought the Margo - the hair is absolutely stunning and the colour is exactly as I had hoped. Fit perfectly and suited me straight away. Thank you so much to this brand for making the best wig I have ever had!! Xxxx

Exceptional quality and an amazing company. After having my consultation (which was so helpful) I ordered my Gracie wig. The packaging it came in was beautiful and I’ve had so many compliments on it so far. Thank you Amber and team! X

Unfortunately I wasn't satisfied with the overall quality of the hairpiece as it was not as natural-looking as I initially thought it would look like. On the other hand, customer service is great, and fortunately I could get a refund.

I received a wig from Amber Jean.
The colour was not as shown and dying looked badly done.
There were combs in it and some strange bra style hook and eye straps either side, but nothing supplied to attach to them.
Having no hair through alopecia I asked for the next wig I was waiting for to not arrive with combs or strange bra fastening attached. The second hairpiece arrived with all of the above attached again. I am going to have to remove this, which may degrade the hairpiece.

I bought the Holly 12 inch, however when it arrived it was longer than that, I was going on holiday and wasn't comfortable cutting her myself and no time to book anywhere. I messaged Amber about this and between her and the lovely Emily my hair was collected, trimmed and returned back in 3 days...amazing. The colour is lovely although I was expecting more bayolage through her, the cap is light and easy to adjust if required. I would highly recommend Amber Jean I love the fact Amber is aware of what it's like to live with Alopecia. Xx

Found out about Amber Jean through a friend. Immediately was attracted to the style and the content showing you how to wear them, style them and the hair pieces were so realistic. When I got a consultation I was surprised it was Amber Jean herself. She was amazing down to earth beautiful thoughtful and reassuring. Despite covid situation she had my wig delivered within three weeks. I was blown away by the quality and style. It is easy to wear light comfortable adjustable and feels soft and wonderful. I am getting lots of compliments. I've recommended her to many people since because I have 100% faith in the company which is caring and considerate. The follow up care is also available to be styled and cared for and the online help videos are amazing.

I am about to start chemotherapy and I have been worrying so much about loosing my hair and where do I start with purchasing a wig. Amber came highly recommended to me and I instantly got in contact with her after taking a look at her Instagram and website.

I messaged Amber and she instantly responded. We organised a scheduled zoom call so that we could chat face to face. Wow!! Her advice, guidance and help was just so amazing. Amber put a smile back on my face and made the thought of loosing my hair far less daunting, she is incredible.

During the call, Amber then showed me all the wigs and tried them on for me whilst explaining each one in great detail, explaining how I could have them personalised with extra highlights and how I could have them cut to the style if I want by adding layers and she recommended someone to do this for me. I was just so blown away with how natural and beautiful all the wigs were, that I ended up purchasing two, the Holly and the Kimmy.

I absolutely highly recommend Amber Jean Shop, they truly have the most beautiful wig selection and a truly amazing service to help and advise you.
