Broken bracelet
Edit: A week after posting a review (after weeks of no response) we finally received an email. The company apologized and provided us with an answer and a refund.
We bought a bracelet in the store which broke after an hour. After some effort we got sent a new one, which again broke straight after putting it on. Sent the company an email and was told to wait and they would come with a solution. It has now been more than 6 weeks and they still haven't provided a solution, I emailed again and they are not replying.
