Great product but something is amiss with their ordering system. Currently I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks for my order. When I was finally able to find where to track it it says, “your order is waiting to be fulfilled”. I wish I could say this was the first time this happened. Sadly, it will be the last. I’m moving on from this company.
BEWARE, no customer support. I've been trying to reach them for a week, email, chat, (4 attempts) because my order was was shorted by one unit. No response whatsoever. Their customer service is non-existent. There is also no option to call and speak to someone. Will be disputing the charge with my CC and using another service from now on.
