Almost real looks, good prices, good shopping experience, reasonable delivery time. Quite accurate pictures on the website along with dimensions. I used the shop many times and I'm very content.

Very poor customer service, only way to communicate is via mail. They are super fast in delivering product than replying your mail. I unfortunately missed the information that there is no open shop here and if I want to return a product I have to send it with my own cost. Secondly this company is not in sweden but ambiplant se ? Thirdly, the plant I got looks really fake ( though it is a fake plant ) but if one consider the price then its not worth it.
So not recommending at all.

The short story is fast reply and handling on support and delivery - and it looks amazing.
I had a number of attempts placing an order. This gave me some uncertainty whether I had one or many orders for the same thing.
I contacted support by mail late afternoon, same evening the 3 orders I requested to be cancelled was cancelled. Next day I har got a reply to confirm this and that my order was shipped 👍
