WARNING: Defective product, toxic chemical smell, and terrible customer service!
Please save your money and your health—do not buy from AMBITIOUS shoes.
I ordered a pair of AKTIF sneakers (Order #AMDE2026/013788) and really liked the design. However, as soon as I opened the box, there was a horrible, sharp chemical smell. I tried wearing them, but they caused a severe physical allergic reaction—intense skin itching and irritation on my feet. It is impossible and unsafe to wear them.
I contacted their customer service, and they instructed me to ship the shoes back to them via UPS so they could inspect them and resolve the issue. I did exactly that and returned the shoes in perfect faith.
Instead of sending a safe replacement pair or issuing a refund, they simply shipped my original defective, unwearable shoes back to Germany in the exact same condition. They completely refused to resolve the issue, help me, or process a normal return.
This company kept my €139.50, and I am left with a defective product that is unsafe to wear. They do not care about customer health, quality, or basic professional standards. It was a total waste of money. Avoid this brand!
