Order hasn't been shipped in two weeks, no response from customer support
Custom service is super slow. They'll respond after 9 days. I wanted to return my (unopened) package because it was sent out automatically due to subscription. I wanted to cancel my order but it took them 9 days to respond. Upon receiving the package I emailed them again asking what the next steps were for sending it back. Had to wait another 9 days...
I ordered Sample for Free. Ambronite told me that I used created Discount Codes. Then they try to sell Samples. Never again!
