I had a roof restoration done by ABR Roofing (AMB Roofing), and my experience was highly unsatisfactory. The work was rushed and incomplete, with several issues left unresolved. Even more troubling, the company began demanding payment before the job was finished, and their representatives continued to pressure me at my home. Despite multiple attempts to contact them for a resolution, they have not responded to my calls or messages. Their lack of professionalism and communication has been extremely frustrating. I would strongly advise against using their services.

They did an absolutely appalling job with our roof. Only pointed parts of the roof which were visible from the front majority of the roof was not re pointed at all evident only when your on the roof. The paint job was horrendous very patchy was not primed and 2 coats of paint were not applied at all. This company is cheap but clearly looking for a quick dollar. They also trade under the name Barts Roofing with Hipages. Look at all these reviews only 5 star reviews given by people who they are associated with and the actual workers themselves. I have lodged a complaint with Hipages concerning this business and Consumer Affairs. I asked for 50% of the money I paid returned to resolve this issue (they had not even completed 50% of the job). They said they’d return 40% but I would have to take down any “bad” words I said about them and put it in writing. I did not agree to this as NO ONE SHOULD HIRE THESE IMMORAL PEOPLE. I do not know how they can go to sleep at night with this dodgy work. They should not be able to continue to do this to people trading under different names. The business was notified and promised to fix the work but continue to delay and form excuses. This business should not be able to register on Hipages it gives Hipages and other trades a really bad rep. No receipt or invoices provided, an 11 year warranty on work was “guaranteed” Cleary all BS. I don’t understand how they are continuing to get away with this with no repercussions. I hope I have deterred you away from these people DO NOT TRUST & DO NOT USE.

As the others have said, Ashley Boxhall is a fake tradie. He was friendly, said he can fix a tiny leak with 10 year warranty. Instead he broke my roof, created a much bigger leak, took my money and ran away, no longer contactable.

Don't trust this company. They just grab your money and don't do their job. Did not do the repair, did not change the broken tiles. Quoted two coats but did one coat only. He told us "All done" and asked for money. We found out nothing was done. The boss Ash said he would come back to finish the job but never. He told us 10 years warranty before the job started but not even finish the job. Not answering the phone after that.

Very poor workmanship. Employed Ashley to fix 2 leaks in our roof. He managed to fix one but now we have 3. We have tried to get him back but there is no after sales service and he just ignores our calls and texts. Very very disappointed. WE STRONGLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Do not be fooled by Mr nice guy.
