Great value for money, excellent quality, easy to order, kept well informed of delivery, excellent after sales service. I would highly recommend AMC for garden furniture.

Billie sofa is fantastic exactly what we wanted is what we received. What wasn't so fantastic was the delivery service (It was a 3rd party company) who just dumped boxes in communal areas and outside our building. Left a bit of a sour taste especially for someone physically disabled who couldn't deal with the issue themselves. Actual product is fine but just left disappointed with the actions of the delivery staff.

Fabulous experience. Ordered the sofa on a Sunday, delivered Friday and assembled in double quick time by two lovely fellas (thanks guys) who talked us through it all.
Sofa is excellent quality, quite firm but very comfortable. It has adjustable armrests and headrests so you can find your perfect position. Can’t fault anything.

Patio set arrived great quality had a little issue with some missing bolts but the team sorted it out straight away for me. Would throughly recommend and such great service from the team

From purchase to delivery went smoothly. On the day of delivery I was able to live track my order and I also got a phone call 30mins to an hour before they arrived at my address which helped me know when to be home to receive my order.

First time to yourplace and was impressed the lady was very nice wheni chose the table and chairs had some beautiful items keptme up to datelettjng meknow with e mails and the menwho delivered the dining table was very helpfuland polite i would definately come sagain

We visited AMC furniture- Sunday 6th literally picked & paid for our sofa within 20 mins of being there. It was delivered Wednesday 9th.
Staff were amazing, so friendly.
Delivery was sooo fast. Was updated about sofa via email from leaving the shop to when it was delivered.
Delivery guys was so lovely, tidy and carful.
Our sofa was included with free delivery and assembly.

From start to finish I can’t recommend this company enough.The showroom staff were so nice,really helpful and knowledgeable but there’s no pressure or hassle. Buying was simple and no one pushing you to take out extra services or extended warranty.
Delivery was free and could have been done in 3 days but we needed a bit longer so had an extra week. The delivery guys were honestly the best we’ve ever had, keeping us informed every step of the way. They were so polite and efficient,negotiating doorways and furniture with ease and also taking all the packaging away with them.
They have a great choice of sofas and all other furniture,we’ll definitely be back next time we need anything new.

We visited the store, travelling all the way from Northamptonshire and even staying over a night - to ensure our Autistic daughter was happy with the look and feel of the Ellen sofa. When we entered the store, we were shown the sofa by Emma. She was very welcoming, helpful and gave us time and space to make our decision. Her interaction with our daughter made her feel very comfortable. We decided on ordering the Ellen sofa in Cream and were able to place the order a week later. Due to the fact our new home keys were being given then. The delivery was made promptly after and the sofa is so well built, the reclining function and adjustable headrests all work perfectly. The added bonus of having a sound bar speakers built in is good too. We have this sofa in our open plan kitchen lounge area. AMC have been great and a special mention needs to go to Emma! She is a credit to your store and went over and beyond to ensure we were happy before ordering.

Great company. Delivery was quick and I told them I couldn't have it before a certain date and they accommodated this. The mechanism was faulty and they didn't hesitate to send a new part straight away. Sofa is fully functioning and is of good quality. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you

Brilliant on all aspects

After challenging times recently with other sofa companies I visited AMC following an ad pop up on social media. April was the member of staff who helped me and went above and beyond to help with what I needed. I originally ordered one sofa set but later realised it was too big for my house, after revisiting the store April again was really helpful and went out of her way to cancel our existing order and locate another suitable one for us. This was a large sofa and she and Rob were really helpful & reassuring working with the couriers to ensure these could be suitably delivered in to my house- including follow up phones calls to me. Sofas were delivered within 3 days & I love my new sofas, really great quality, stunning and so comfy. I purchased the Eve 3 seater in grey. Will definitely be back again as they sell lots of different items
