Based on the information available to us, the order in question was placed via Amazon, and not through the official RATTANPARK website. Furthermore, we have no record of any direct contact made with our RATTANPARK customer service team regarding this order.

We would also like to highlight that our customer service team responds to all inquiries within 24 hours. Additionally, if a tracking number was provided, this indicates that the order was processed through a separate sales channel and fulfillment system.

With all due respect, we kindly ask you to consider that we are a separate division of RATTANPARK, and the review does not reflect our service or standards. In its current form, this review is unfair to our company, as it attributes responsibility to us for processes and communication that were not handled by our team.

Of course, we fully understand your disappointment and respect your right to share your experience. However, we would politely ask that any negative feedback be directed to the appropriate seller or platform responsible for this order, rather than our RATTANPARK profile, as it concerns a completely different division.

At this stage, without being able to identify the order, we are unable to confirm whether the furniture in question was purchased from us. For this reason, we would appreciate the opportunity to clarify this before commenting further on the product itself.

We would also like to note that while protective covers can help maintain furniture, their effectiveness depends on factors such as quality, fit, and materials. A higher price does not always guarantee better performance or suitability. In some cases, covers that are not properly matched to the furniture may contribute to premature wear of certain components.

For our products, we recommend using dedicated covers from our range, which are specifically designed to provide optimal protection and compatibility with our furniture.

We would, however, like to politely address the final remark included in your review. Upon receiving your email regarding the damaged delivery, our team contacted you as quickly as possible—within a matter of minutes. Our customer service team then spoke with you by phone to discuss the situation and agree on a convenient collection date.

As communicated, we confirmed that the refund would be processed promptly once the goods had been collected. This is exactly what was done—the refund was issued immediately after collection. At the same time, we informed you that, depending on banking and system processes, the funds may take 2–4 working days to appear in your account.

In light of the above, we feel that the final part of the review may not fully reflect the course of events or the level of support provided by our team. We always strive to respond quickly and to support our customers at every stage of the process.
