AMD is a JOKE now days.

I randomly come accross their site when they happened to be dropping group of GPUs..... it wouldnt let me check out. Said the items in stock etc... made me wait I dunno 30 mintes to load the shop to begin with because their bot protection and basically screwed me out of even being able to get one at a affordable rate. Malicious site that caters to BOTs and SCALPERS... apprently I need to buy a bot from some scalper site to even get pass the the BOT protection...

Unhappy share holder

As a share holder, I was wanting dividends, especially as AMD just made a shed load of profits for 2021.
Theire communications are dire, and I am sick of being fobbed off!
DON'T trust AMD to think you are a valuable customer or loyal shareholder!

Support is just a required button on a page as far as AMD go

Seriously, the page should just 404 when you click support, contacting them pretty much has the same outcome.

Purchased a new Ryzen 7 5700G processor, not a small amount spent, in an attempt to upgrade my PC, only to find it has an issue with USB Dropouts which was supposed to be resolved in my BIOS build. Good to know a £300 CPU can be released with 0 testing on partner-based motherboards.

Contacted AMD, who do not seem to have global coverage as I get replies at 4 AM and they do not reply again for another 24 hours. It has taken 3 days so far to answer two questions, all of which are basic suggestions. Probably going to get this sorted just in time for the release of their new Untested CPU's,

At least you're testing the boundaries of how poor support can be, clearly, efforts are being placed elsewhere, fair play AMD.

They scam you with free shipping…

They scam you with free shipping labels, but send one with your address not theirs. So pay to return product no reimbursement. No way to write a check, e-transfer, nothing. They said they have no means to credit money back. They are worth almost 9 billion, 15000 employees, and no way to credit customers for their scam. Really??

Although its cheapest then Intel

Although its cheapest then Intel, AMD products is also very durable. used an amd build desktop and it ran perfectly and extremely responsive. but maybe my build was a pricey build but still, would recommend if you're a bit lower on budget, uou'll get your moneys worth.

Bought into Ryzen hype and was a fail

Ok so I bought into the Ryzen hype and regret it ever since. Purchased a desktop Ryzen 2400g APU and it never worked well with RAM. I concluded the memory controller is problematic and that AMD refuses to admit it. Then I bought a Athlon 3050u notebook that just isn’t up to modern day tasks and yet it reserves 2gb of RAM for the Vega 3 graphics? In a notebook that came with 4gb of RAM! The software and drivers are another whole issue that just never seem to get resolved. I completely lost faith in AMD and it’s quality and will go back to Intel in the future.

Never, ever trust AMD's software.

Had my RX 580 for just over a year now; And now whenever AMD software launches my screen flickers, they're worth how much and still have software THIS BAD?!?! If GPU prices weren't terrible right now (Thanks Crypto) I'd be off buying myself a Nvidia GPU but since I'm stuck I have to wait for AMD to fix this. Which with AMD's track record with their software will be another 3-4 months.

Only one star because I can't give NO…

Only one star because I can't give NO stars! My husband ordered an item described as a genuine part which on on arrival did not fit his Fitbit. He contacted AMD on several occasions but have never received an acknowledgement and so he has completely wasted his money. I tried to reclaim the money via my Paypal account which we used. They opened and then closed my case without giving me any notice. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

The best CPU's

While Radeon has nothing on Gforce, Ryzen CPU's now largely outscale Intel's ones. What used to be the "budget" company is now a top of the line one.
