I have to say ..this company’s response time is impeccable, I cannot believe the timely response they delivered when I was truly the one at fault for not reading the websites instructions correctly. They really exceeded my expectations & not just with customer service ! My dress is so beautiful and elegant. At first we had what I believed to be a serious matter ; one of their team members reached out via email explained my options and allowed me to make a decision. My event was just 4 days away & I was offered next day shipping . Saved my life & this company is who to thank for that ! Very courteous, nice , professional manners , understanding, generous and has so much empathy. From the message I can tell the company is use to customers not being fully aware of the timeframe & she did what a great company would do she was very considerate of all my needs .
