Avoid this company at all costs - it's not worth it!
Absolutely horrendous customer service. I ordered 4 dresses and two fit but two do not so I wanted to return those two.
I looked into their return / refund policy and their website and it states that items need to be returned within 30 days of ordering. However, the order took three weeks to arrive, and no one replied to my initial email so I was concerned that this deadline was fast approaching.
They also only process refunds via email - which doesn't make sense when they don't reply to their emails (what a surprise)
As this was an online purchase, I understand that I also have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which allow consumers to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, regardless of the reason for return.
I have emailed them 5 times and still no response. it's absolutely outrageous to ghost a customer who just simply wants to make a return.
I spent over £100 with this company and am so upset that no one has taken the time to respond to any of my emails.
Save your money and shop with a better known brand. This is 100% a scam.
