This company is a huge scam. The earrings are cheap plastic rubbish when they finally arrive, nothing like the picture or ‘vintage stone’ description. You can’t feasibly return them to China, the cos... See more

I fell for the story of the lady…
I fell for the story of the lady retiring and ordered two pieces. The last I checked it is coming from China and will be here around March 20. I ordered it a month ago. Never again will I fall for these lies…
Did not receive what I ordered
Did not receive what I ordered. I received 2 cheap pairs of earring that looked nothing like the photo. Fighting with these people to send a label and refund me. They keep beating around the bush. Do not buy from this place. I’m reporting them to my credit card for scamming me.

Scam????
These pieces look very similar to or exactly the same as those being sold for less than $7 on Temu. I could not find anywhere on the site what type of metal is being used to make them.
Do not buy from them
Do not buy from them. Noone replies. I ordered 4 items in Dec only 3 came and they have not refunded me the money. Jewellery looks great in pictures. Overpriced for no reason
Scammers
I ordered my rings early December and was told I would also receive a mystery gift.
I sent off 2 emails the 1st they said it's 15 working days the 2nd they never replied. Today 6 weeks later they came no mystery gift probably better off not receiving absolute total rubbish.
I paid $58 Australian I could have got better quality from Temu than them.
Don't waste your time or money buying from this company scammers.
I only gave 1 star so I could leave a review otherwise I would have left nothing
Absolute Joke
Initially saw the advert on Facebook and viewed jewellery which looked well made and the advert showing this woman about to close her jewellery business. Bought mandala earrings which looked very nice however when they arrived they were very cheap looking. Considering they were advertised at £19.99 reduced from £80.00 approx they were not even made of hallmarked silver more plastic type I would not have paid £9.99 for them. As for trying to return have had no help from Sofia at their customer service who just keeps giving me another reference number. Now contacted PayPal who advise me to keep in touch with company as much as possible although they seem to be aware of this lot as per one of the previous reviews. Avoid this company at all costs.

Absolute inferior rubbish DO NOT ORDER COMES FROM CHINA
Absolute inferior rubbish . Advertised as a closing down sale with a picture of an older lady making jewellery. Comes from China and payment taken by Diana Brand which is a woman’s clothing company . They offered 10% then 20% discount to keep the goods but I have taken up with my credit card company as I feel the goods were sold fraudulently.
SCAM, FAKE ITEMS,NOTHING IS REAL
I HAD EXTRA MONEY FOR CHRISTMAS AND SPENT OVER $100. 6 WEEKS LATER THIS PACKAGE ARRIVED AND THE JEWELRY IS LIKE GUMBALL WINNINGS, FAKE AND CHEAP.
I asked for a refund and they offered 10% discount. I asked for an address and they refuse to answer the EMAIL... Do Not Waste Your Money
Scam site
Scam site. Been waiting 3 weeks for my order. Keeps telling me it’s shipped. Yeah right!
wish I'd read these reviews before buying
Lesson learnt with future facebook advertisements. I now face the same issues as others have posted. In my case all the earrings arrived with faulty clasps that would not close (one didn't even open!) or were loose. And one earring never even arrived! Given this I'd expect a pre-paid returns label to process the return and issue a full refund, but I just get automated responses saying 'sorry to hear that they are not to your liking' and then they instruct me to return the items by recorded post and that they won't cover the cost of this - so clearly it's just a bot as it does not acknowlege the issue of fault nor that an item was missing, which is clear theft. As I pay through paypal, I am going through them to get this rectified and get my full refund. On their website on their refunds policy page they clearly state they will provide customers with a return label and nowhere does it say that the cost of this falls onto the customer. I also agree that the quality of their earrings are cheap looking, very clunky and just tacky. Additionally on their delivery policy they give up to 14 days for delivery. I received my order after 1 month and when I tracked it they kept pushing back the delivery date. False and misleading advertising through and through. They have defintely lost my confidence and custom in ever buying from them again, nor would I recommend them to others. They need to be flagged for their misleading advertising and poor customer service and care. Avoid them at all costs.
I sent for a pair of earrings from this…
I sent for a pair of earrings from this company just before Christmas when they arrived I was really pleased with them , and so I ordered another pair, they looked like something out of a christmas cracker I complained they offered me a 10% discount I refused they then offered me a 20% discount which I accepted as it was going to cost so much in postage to return them since then I've heard nothing from them . It's a big scam the ad claims the jewellery is made in the UK when it in fact is made in China. They are still touting for business. Disgraceful.9/1/2025
Poor value goods
I ordered a ring costing £30, saying it was reduced from over £100. The ring is cheap and the photo of it not representative of it. I'm struggling to access a refund from the company, and can see from other reviews that it's extremely unlikely to happen. The photo of 'Amelia' working with some jewellery is clearly a misrepresentation as the same person appears in an advert for clothing as 'Olivia'.
