First time buyer

This was a first purchase for me. The person I spoke with was very helpful, and explained the process in terms a first time buyer could understand. I was also impressed with the shipping, I received an email with the delivery date and timeframe the delivery would arrive. Oh, and the rounds I received are beautiful.
