The product and delivery was excellent in the past. I understand there are tariffs on the products but that gets passed on to the customer typically. Not happy about that but that is irrelevant to how they have handled the tariffs and delivery. It has been 3 weeks and they have not begun to be delivered to a shipping company. The website reports a 5-7 business day and is misleading. I have ordered from India, Portugal, Italy and none of my items were held up that long.

Impossible to get a hold of customer support

Awful experience.
Bought a bag - it arrived and it smelled awful. The material must have picked up everything on the way.
I returned it over 10 days ago and I have not heard back anything. Poor customer service and not worth all the trouble.
Disappointed

I’ve bought one bag from this company and I love it! It’s beautiful and the quality is great! It shipped quickly!

Buyer beware! I spent $120 on a bag as a gift for a friend and it completely fell apart after less than 5 uses. I reached out via email and keep getting told that they are “waiting for a response from the production team” and it’s been over 3 weeks. I have called and left messages no one answers. I leave comments on social media, they delete them. They couldn’t care less about their customers or the quality of their products, I will warn everyone I can to STAY AWAY!!!
