The company is a SCAM! Very low quality replica products, NOT ORIGINAL. In case you ask for refund they stop answering your emails. I returned the product and they did not refund.

Unfortunatelly, I just seach about reviews after my bad experience, otherwise I wouldn’t buy from them.

Paid $99 for a hoodie. The address on the website 930 fairway Dr Bensenville IL. 60106 and the package I received came from Das Leather Productions in Karachi Pakistan. The phone number is non working number. The replied saying would give a refund. I told them I don't want store credit as item was not as expected. Cheap fabric, didnt fit shipping label said $30. Honestly looked like gauze not fleece. No reply to 2nd email asking for correct adresss. Don't think will get $ returned live and learn. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered an XL Phillies jacket for my daughter for the holidays. I received a M Washington Nationals jacket. At first America Jackets returned my emails and seemed eager to help asking for pictures of the incorrect jacket that was sent. But, as soon as I sent the pictures, they stopped responding to emails!!!

So now I have a jacket that no one wants, in a size that on one wears!!!!! So, unless you feel like trying to sell a jacket on ebay a week before Christmas, I would suggest buying your gift elsewhere!

Buyer beware. The jacket I received did NOT look like the picture. When I pointed out the differences to customer service, they only offered a partial refund. Customer service took WEEKS to finally respond to repeated emails. 0/5 stars. I would recommend finding the jacket you’re looking for elsewhere.

Still waiting on refund… ordered a jacket that was to be red and it came orange… ordered a men’s xl and it came women’s xl. All this stuff is made out of the country and very cheap looking, takes forever to get.. I’m not sure this place is on top of there production with quality control but will do another review if I get refund back from bad color and poor quality and wrong size

The product arrived in good condition, and once it was shipped tracking was good. It did take quite some time since I ordered the jacket in early April, and it arrived 9/16/2014, but I knew from other reviews that it takes some time, but well worth it for the jacket quality.

The customer service was really top notch, prompt replies and reassured me I was a valued customer, however I was not satisfised when the product arrived. I ordered an advertise "wool trench coat" from DBDA but the material is very flimsy and light. The decorative patches were sewn onto the wrong sleeves, and there were other obvious missing components not making it a true replica from the show. For the price I paid (over $200) I was honestly expecting much better quality and something a lot more faithful from the source material. There seems to be really mixed reviews over these guys, so I think if you don't mind wasting some bucks and like gambling you'll at least come away with a somewhat replica article of clothing.

Package arrived promptly and was packed well. The coat is made of good sturdy fabric. It fit true to the measurements on the size chart and was true to the photo. It is well made however the buttons were on the right side which is not correct for a woman’s coat

The company website and confirmation email looked so sketch, but I actually got my jacket after 3 weeks and it was honestly really nice quality lmaoo. Not mad at all, the confirmation email did trip me up though (no links, no tracking no.), I was fully ready to dispute it and everything. But lo and behold all worked out! I actually love the leather jacket, good materials and everything.

Paid $30 extra for expedited delivery and it took forever to get jacket. Asked for a reimbursement for delivery charge but to no avail. Terrible customer service.

Jacket was delivered late, despite paying extra for rush delivery. The jacket was delayed due to first jacket produced was not done correctly.

I'm very pleased for the great service Zain from America Jackets and his team gave me. From the beginning till my items were delivered. I'm a big Back to the Future fan, to the point that I own a full scale Time machine. And I attend many events which sometimes requires Cosplaying.
