Love the clothes

Love the clothes. They are on the pricey side, but you get a sense they're built to last compared to box store knockoffs. I also like supporting US craftspeople. I wish shipping was a little faster, but economics of scale rule.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE - SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The wrong item was shipped, this is the 3rd time American Giant screwed something up. It took 3 days to resolve the shipping error - this should ONLY have taken 1 day to resolve.

American Giant NEVER apologize for THEIR error and never acknowledge THEIR error.

Then American Giant LIED, stating they would send the replacement overnight. That was a week ago and I'm STILL waiting for the shipment. That shipment is only supposed to be sweatpants - so WHY does it weigh 22 lbs?

Careless Packaging, Very Poor Customer Service

My order arrived In two, heavy paper mailers, one of which was never sealed by the American Giant shipping department. (The mailer was too small, and the adhesive on the flap was simply not applied to the other side of the opening.) Consequently, the two items in that shipment were wet when they arrived, which is really not acceptable. I contacted the customer service department and they sent me an impersonal reply saying I could return them to a shipping agent or pay for a return label to be used at UPS. Asking me to pay to return damaged goods that arrived in unacceptable condition due to the company's negligence is really not an indicator of good customer service, and I would not deal with this company again for that reason. Regarding the products, if they were not made in USA there is no particular reason to choose them because the design, material and workmanship is at best average and the prices are above the norm.
