I never was able to get the simplest of…
I never was able to get the simplest of questions answered by the Cape Cod staff. I also had to wait a full week for them to make one simple adjustment to my estimate, which STILL did not answer a basic question, despite my talking to Carl. So I called Alarm New England and with one 45 minute call, I scheduled my service AND decided to engage with them on a 3 year monitoring contract. Could have been your business, but it is not owing to the poor quality of service.

We were required by our new home…
We were required by our new home insurance provider to have central fire monitoring in addition to our central monitoring for burglary. When we called American Alarm they put us on their rush list in order to meet our timelines. They came, made the required upgrades and we made our date as required. We couldn’t be more pleased. American Alarm upgrade installation
Folks, The installation and upgrade went well from my point of view, user/customer. The tech was on time, went about his task and was done in a half hour. My only comment is in regards to the box in the cellar which the tech left locked. If I have to change the battery in the box, I would not want to have to have a tech from American Alarm come out to do a task I can do. Maurice Murphy
