My order was wrong two times

My order was wrong two times. The company has not responded to my e-mail (although it claims to respond "in 24 hours or sooner"). The sheet I received (which was not the sheet I ordered) is scratchy and not the quality I expected/hoped for. I ordered the sheet I wanted a second time, and the order went in again for the wrong sheet. For the price point, this is garbage: defective ordering, poor customer service, disappointing quality. I'm going back to ordering from Yves DeLorme - excellent sheets and excellent customer service from them.
