I ordered 3 weeks before xmas and still haven't received its now 6th Jan. Have emailed without any response..

Very bad place to order, I put a large order in on the 14th of December and I still havnt received anything, The email provided no longer accepts emails, bit of a scam really.
I've just seen all the other bad reviews.

Placed an order on 19th December 2025 (last minute stocking filler) and heard absolutely nothing, not even a despatch e-mail. Tried to contact them on 3rd January, by e-mailing them at the address they give, but it just bounced straight back. I then came on here and saw the reviews so I opened a dispute with PayPal and then refunded me immediately - no questions asked, no investigation, nothing - just a straight refund including the shipping. I usually do check Trustpilot when using a new company but I didn't on this occasion, as the website looked very professional. Someone else has said they have ripped off another company to make this scam website seem legitimate which makes sense. Avoid!

Update - the items I ordered (two packs of Oreo's) have finally arrived today (15th January 2026) One pack is out of date (30/12/25) and the other has a very short lifespan (7/2/26) I will be contacting PayPal about the refund they issued to me. Whilst the company didn't give me a tracking number at any time, they did provide one to PayPal.

Absolutely disgusting excuse of a company, they take your money and don't send products you pay for. Please whatever you do, do not give this horrible company your money!

Orders not fulfilled and no response or resolution when emailed. Like many others I have opened up a dispute with my bank to receive a full refund. Don’t waste your time, you won’t receive anything other than a whole lot of inconvenience and regret.

Avoid and don't risk placing an order. Same as other reviews, placed an order before Xmas and despite receiving an email saying it had been dispatched, it never arrived. Customer service email bounced back as doesn't exist. Disgusting to rake people's money intended for Xmas presents.

Ordered on the 16th of December and still not received by the 3rd of January tried to email the company but the email on the website is no longer working

Wish I could leave a 0 star. Placed two separate orders just before Christmas and when they arrived both packages were missing items. These items were presents so at that point it was a panic to try and resolve. I have emailed the company 4/5 times, the first time to be met with an automated response saying they’d reply asap.
Then to be ignored a couple times, then to say they are away for Christmas so I had re sent the email yesterday to be met with the email couldn’t be delivered, so not sure if they’ve blocked my emails.
What an absolute scam. Don’t waste your money here it’s not worth the hassle of missing and damaged items. Should be ashamed

after numerous emails, their address stopped working, i assumed they blocked me. well good look blocking the improper practice investigation you scumbags.

Ordered in Nov 2025. Its now Jan 2026. No delivery, no reply to emails, no refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!

It’s hard to believe I managed the find the worst company in existence to order from a fortnight before Christmas but somehow I did.

Ordered a load of stuff for my husband and sons stocking fillers on 15/12 an allegedly a day after their ‘guaranteed Christmas delivery cut off.’ Which like everyone else has mentioned is non existent, wasn’t on the website, wasn’t on the order page and wasn’t in any email.

Fine - I thought if it comes it comes if it doesn’t it’ll be just as good after Christmas. It’s now 2nd Jan and haven’t received a thing.

I just sent another email to an address that I had previously had correspondence from and got an automatic reply the email address was no longer active - make of that what you will.

Absolute scammers - they are literally just stealing peoples money. I am going through my bank for a charge back.

I should have googled this company before ordering.
I made an order on 15/12/2025 and to date I've revieved nothing, no dispatch, no delivery notifications, no information at all, they haven't even processed the order according to my shopify app. I've emailed twice and recieved no reply so as I paid through clearpay, I've opened a dispute with them this morning and reported this scam company to try and get my money back.

Do not buy from this website / company.
I suspect the company is no longer trading because like the majority of customers posting reviews, I also never received my order that was placed early December for Christmas delivery. There is no response from their customer service email.

The only way to get money back is to raise a dispute with your bank/card issuer.

Ordered on the 8th of December plenty of time for Christmas delivery after nothing arrived made contact to just be given the run around saying out for delivery but would not provide tracking .its now 31st December still nothing . this OUTFIT THE AMERICAN CANDY CON COMPANY is a con 100% .

Placed order on 11th December. Contacted them twice - no reply. Received some of the order on 31st December, one item missing.

The order took weeks to arrive and when it arrived, it wasn’t complete. A pre Christmas email was sent but no reply. Wish I’d have seen the reviews before using them.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star. Do not waste your time or money as this company is an absolute SCAM. Ordered on 11-12-25 as a Christmas present and heard nothing since. Emailed several times and contacted via social media and still nothing. I need my money back. These reviews are appalling!!

Ordered on 11th Dec. Ordered well within Christmas delivery time frame and still not received. Emailed them on 21st and they advised that delivery would be made on Tuesday 23rd. Would not provide tracking details.

I understand Christmas delays etc but ordered with plenty of time for a Christmas delivery. Offices now closed until the New Year.

Terrible service. I have raised a dispute with my bank.

Wish I had researched this company before buying from them , I ordered 3 weeks before Christmas well in advance of the “cutoff” date for Christmas orders , I had a neurodivergent child who was asking me for updates everyday as she was so excited to finally build a Christmas house that wasn’t gingerbread, I didn’t get any update until a week before Christmas saying it has been shipped but not a single bit of tracking information or a reason why my 2-3 day delivery was being posted 2 weeks after I ordered it , still I held out hope and got nothing in return , had sent countless emails and have tried calling but getting nowhere , may aswell of sent the money to a “prince in Africa” atleast then the scammer would be more honest
