Shipping takes weeks, feels like they using stackry to order the stuff as and when people order! Would be quicker to get it direct from the US. Don’t use this website

Don’t bother , wished I’d seen these reviews before . Ordered in time for Christmas and didn’t arrive . Part of the order arrived a week after Christmas with items missing . Tried to contact time and time again and no response .

Customer service is an absolute joke!
i never actually received my order, I ordered mid November 2025. It’s January 2026 and iv given up trying to chase it up and come to terms it’s never going to arrive, £120 down the drain. My 3 kids but their money together and I chipped in to help them as they wanted to try some sweets from around the world. 3 very upset kids that now have no money and no sweets.

Placed an order on the 19th December 2025 just received it this morning 17/01/26. Absolute, joke missing quite a few things. tried emailing a few times and never a response back. I would steer clear of this company; they really are NOT very customer-friendly.

Same as everyone else , ordered 16th December no order ever came but money taken
Chasing company constantly- I had one response offering me a refund replied saying yes please and here we are a 2 weeks later no refund no more emails from them despite me sending numerous emails . They have no telephone number either absolute scam DO NOT USE

I had to get my bank to step in and issue a refund as they are scammers

As others have said - placed an order on the 17th of December hoping to get some bits as a Christmas gift but unfortunately missed the Christmas cut-off deadline (fair- enough). Received my order today (a full month later) only to find half of it missing! Hopeful for a refund.

I ordered a few snack bars (Munch peanut) at the beginning of December hoping they'd arrive for Christmas. Unfortunately that didn't happen. So I contacted the company to ask if they were still on their way. I did not get reply. I've sent another message via their contact page asking if they were on the way or will I get a refund. Still no answer. I'll try again but it really seems as though I've lost my money. Such a shame as the concept is a good one and I'm willing to pay the premium for the goods.

Made an order on 17th Dec.. Apparently it was dispatched on 23rd Dec but no sign of it. On their website they marked it as being 'fulfilled' but this is a lie. I have emailed multiple times and no response. Apparently you can no longer call their phone number 020 8129 2675 either. Awful company.

DO NOT order from this company! At the start of December 2025 I order 2 jars of American dill pickles. 10 days later I received a package containing 6 packets of peanut butter M&Ms! I immediately contacted them to request a return and reissue of my actual order and 3 times, at their request, I have sent them photos of the product they sent me instead of my order. I have had several vague and non committal replies to my MANY emails to them about this but obviously they STILL haven't replaced my items or refunded my money. Last week they said that they would send a courier to come and collect the incorrect delivery and once they had those items back they would resend my order. Just as well I knew better than to believe this because, of course, it didn't happen!! Absolute scam!

Absolute scam of a company. Ordered on 30.12.2025, it’s the 15.01.2026 today and still not received my order. Received a dispatch email with no tracking number over a week ago. Customer service do not reply. Scam scam scam! Avoid. I now have to go through my credit card company to get my money back, save yourself the hassle.

Unfortunately wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Ordered Dec 26th it’s now Jan 15th and no items received. Several emails and not one reply. Avoid at all costs!!!

Order placed 28 December 2025 still not delivered 14 Jan. 2 emails ignored. I’m going to do a charge back.

Have had to report as fraud to my bank. Ordered the begining of December, have messaged on social media, sent 5 emails and nothing, silence.

This is a scam! Ordered sweets for my grandchildren on 14th December, they never arrived. Automated email, no-one responding, cannot get my money back and have disappointed children. Shame on them

Awful. No delivery and no replies. Ordered a month ago.

I made an order on the 29th November. When it was delivered nearly 3 weeks later (I do understand Christmas is a busy time) I had 2 items missing. I emailed the support straight away and got a reply 2 hours later asking if the parcel had been tampered with. It handnt been and I also sent photos. I didnt hear anything so I emailed twice more with no response. I then emailed saying I would take it further as I had no more replies and ive paid for a product and not received them. I then got a response saying that they had been sent and I would get my missing items by the 22nd of December. That came and went its now the 13th of January and im still waiting for my missing items or a refund and no one is responding to my numerous emails and they wont answer the phone and their messages are full so I can't speak to anyone. Im 27 pounds out if pocket and cant get hold of anyone! Its absolutely disgusting! Its a shame as the items I did receive were all really good but the customer service is a disgrace and now im left out of pocket! AVOID this company i feel like ive been scammed!

I wouldn't recommend this online store. Placed an order of two 192g Hershey's chocolate bar with almonds on 14th December. Took them 8 days before they shipped my order. Received my order 3 weeks later and got wrong order. They sent me milk bar instead of the ones with almonds. Customer service still has not replied to me regarding refund. Horrible and waste of money!

Do not order from this company, I'm pretty sure its a scam at this point. Made an order on the 5th of December and still have not received anything (it's now the 13th of January). Wish I read these recent reviews before ordering as I defiantly would have not spent my money on them. I did email just to see what was happening but shock no response like many of these other orders. I did receive a "Your order is on the way" but have not had any emails off any supposed couriers which it's been handed over too...... Over all an horrific experience and at this point I've lost all hope.

Ordered some things from here and it took ridiculously long to arrive, then ontop of that a couple of items were missing when I received the package.

After continuous emails asking where these items are and if ill be receiving them ive jad no response at all.
