Great coffee!!
Great coffee selection! They were a fantastic help in sorting out my parcel which unfortunately Hermes misplaced! No fault of the American coffee club! I can’t wait to put my next order in! A+ all round! 👍🏻

One of the packets of coffee had a very…
One of the packets of coffee had a very short use by date Best before date) which is December 5th 2020.
The other packet is April 2021
The courier left the parcel outside in the pouring rain as we were not home to receive.
Overall not very impressed!

I'm sorry to hear you had issues with the courier. We have no control over where the courier leaves parcels however, I will register a complaint with them separately about this.
Please be advised that coffee does not carry a used by date but a best before date which should have been 2+ months. If you would like to discuses this further please email info@americancoffeeclub.co.uk
