I wish American Crew were cruelty free…
Oh please do this American Crew!
I have loved American Crew for their brilliant hair and shower products and have used them for quite a few years, but please please please could you begin to adopt a cruelty free policy. For my own reasons I have made the choice to only purchase cruelty free products, which means I can no longer use American Crew products, but I miss them. The last thing I bought before my decision to switch was the daily deep moisturising shampoo in Aug 2023 and I will not buy American Crew anymore until they change this policy. Pleeeease look into this as I’m pretty sure your products will sell even better than they do now. Testing on animals is no longer needed, there are many many ways of testing your products cruelty free, even Gillette has begun to move into the cruelt free policy and even Lynx do this now, why can’t American Crew??

Took my money and never shipped the product. They are thieves. Currently working with PayPal to get my money back.

Placed a order and within seconds of entering a online order I realized order had a old address for shipping.
Sent email and even tried live chats several times which were never answered. Finally found a number and believe it or not got a live person that I could pretty much understand. Gave me no help with changing shipping address and offered me to cancel order which i did with this person and also by email which they sent me overing refund and cancelation. Answered their email within hours off of their email.
Next day they sent me a email saying they could not cancel or refund my order. Tried multiple emails and live chats again no answer on live chat.
Whole experience was a joke.
Worse customer service I have had.
Think twice before ordering on line or change product which I have.

conditioner and hair wax are amazing. I just wish some products like the body wash could be cheaper. It's something to use daily and paying $15 in a country like Turkey is really expensive.
