The staff who served me at the fair were very kind and helpful and the goods sold were also very good, but in my opinion, despite the vast amount of choice, there could have been other things. But they were very kind.
Excellent products and super fast delivery
The order arrived on time but was missing 3 items. Prompt feedback via whatsapp (they contacted me before to change a product I ordered but that was out of stock) but the delivery was not complete.
I give 4 stars anyhow since they offered me a coupon for the value of the missing items and a 10% discount on the next order.
Thank you customer support! Even though we ordered the bigger size of the hot cheetos, it turned out they were out of stock on them… yet, customer support was more than accommodating and provided the same amount of Cheetos we ordered in smaller bags. We were very grateful for this as we needed it for our YouTube channel. Also, the Cheetos were soooo good! Thanks for sending it so quickly and getting us the product in time for us to make a video for our channel. Lastly, we see that American Crunch has a ton of goodies, and we can’t wait to order more and more! We are originally from America, but live in Italy, so we definitely miss these “delicacies” 🤣 thanks so much again, will repurchase!
Happy with this company, despite perhaps being a bit slow to get order out to shipment. Having said that, there was also a delay due to an error online which indicated an item was available when it wasn't. Contact from staff was prompt and efficient after the error was noted on their end and they ensured that we received a suitable replacement item. Once item was out for delivery, delivery was reasonably prompt. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and will be back again to make future purchases. Recommend. A+
