Predatory
Predatory. The worst of the worst. They have no intent on paying claims. Claims sent correspondence to the wrong email (Twice!) after being corrected.
Sales is aggressive, calls are non-stop. Miss a payment? Your getting 10 calls a day from 10 different numbers.
Claims is rude & combative. They are non-responsive through email & require extreme hold times to reach via phone.

Christina with ADW gave EXCEPTIONAL service. She not only addressed the issue I called in for, but sent information I should have gotten at sign up. I have never had this caliber of service. Christina should be training other service personnel. Thank you for hiring such customer-focused personnel like Christina.
The end was encouraging
I was on hold for 45 minutes. I called back several times and finally got to my customer service angel Ty. I just wanted to cancel my account, but she encouraged me to get a second opinion and waived my payment for 30 days to see if we can find out why no problem was reported. She went above and beyond to solve my problem.
My AC went out on the way home
My AC went out on the way home, after 6pm. When I called to request authorization for service I learned the hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm. I don't know what time zone that is, but I can't get authorization until tomorrow & my mechanic has a 2 day wait for service. What if had been Friday night in the middle of nowhere, I would be stuck in my car until Monday morning.
UPDATE: I finally got my car to the mechanic with approval to fix the A/C & replace the timing belt. Turns out the A/C needed a part (which they said was not covered even with the Platinum Plan) & needed an inspector to evaluate if the timing belt was worn enough to replace. The set up an appt with the mechanic & then blew them off. Never showed & never called. I paid in full for this "coverage" but I think I will look into canceling. This is too much work for what they said would be easy.

I received a text message from the company that my policy would be terminated if I didn't call. I called the number provided and spoke with Sal. He explained the situation that the last auto payment attempt didn't go through because of insufficient funds. Sal was very patient and waited until I checked the card and account. I switched cards and the payment went through. Sal was very patient and allowed me to ask any questions. I'm giving less than 5 stars because of ALL THE BACKGROUND NOISE. It was very difficult to hear which was not Sal's fault but a company issue. As a senior citizen this should be considered by the company. I'm certain that I'm not the only one. I thank Sal for his help today.

Py was very helpful and understanding of my situation. I lost my job back in September 2025 and Py cancelled my policy without fees and penalties. When I become employed again, I would consider this company for my extend-up warranty on my vehicle.
First time contact
It’s really hard to rate I haven’t had to use the policy yet. I do know that Ebony was very helpful and explained things very clearly. Unlike the other companies who weren’t upfront.
Lies and Unreasonable Wait Times
The salesman told me my manufacturing warranty had expired. That was not true. Once I discovered I had double auto warranties, I tried for 3 days to cancel my warranty from American Dream Auto Protect. I was put on hold for over 25 minutes and then cut off. I had to call back and wait another 25 minutes!!!

PLACE IS HORRIBLE
HAD TO WAIT 3 DAYS FOR APPROVAL WHILE CUSTOMERS VEHICLE TIED UP A LIFT . THEN HAD TO CALL BACK FOR PAYMENT AND WAS ON HOLD FOR 26 MINUTES.
