Poor Customer Service

Poor Customer Service, Difficult to file Claim. Rude staff each time I have called, long hold times. Make it very hard to file claim. I would never use this company again.

If you do business with this company…

If you do business with this company you WILL regret it!!!! They put you on hold for hours, juggle you through several different people & have a smug attitude. They are also one of the more expensive companys. It took me 3 days to cancel my account with them.

Claim not paid! Scam Company

Review should be less than one star. I found them online while shopping for a warranty. I compared them with Endurance who I’ve had before. I decided on American Dream. Yes on the initial call the customer service is on point. Purchased the warranty in August 2025. Mid- December my locks on my 2016 QX50 started malfunctioning. Making the lock and unlock sound, unable to lock or unlock the door from the passenger side etc. My dealership reset and changed the battery in my key fob. I took it back because the matter wasn’t resolved. They found what they thought was the problem. I advised I have a warranty. I told him American Dream he said I’ve never heard of them. He called to file the claim, emailed the docs on Friday 01/23. I received an email that following Tuesday or so saying docs not received and the dealership was emailed as well. In the meantime I started researching reviews for this company and they were all horrible based on paying a claim.
The emailing the docs went on back and forth till Thursday 1/29.I spoke with Jennifer she said the docs were received and I should receive an email in 48-72 hours. On Monday I called spoke with Sai who indicated a response will be received by 2/3.
Also I emailed my concerns and complaint to the email I found reading the reviews to the Resolution Manager, no response.
As expected the claim was denied stating I filed on an issue that had been previously worked on. That is not true. I’ve never had this issue or many with my Infiniti.This company is a scam. The reviews I read stated the very thing they said to me. A lie!!! Refusing to pay claims. I know claims processes. I paid claims for a 500 company. I understand consequential damages. This was not such. There’s a mechanical issue that was supposed to be covered. Then yall lie and make up something to deny it. Yes I angry as hell. I want the warranty canceled and a refund on all premiums paid since August. Yall can effectively take the payment but not pay a claim. Send me my money and cancel this policy.
