James at American Driving Academy is AMAZING. He took my son out for his driving test and made what could’ve been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. He was calm, respectful, and very supportive throughout the entire process. My son felt confident because of him, and that says everything. If you get James, you’re in great hands!

It was an easy experience and everybody was nice and reasonable with scheduling appointments.

I signed my daughter up for the in person class and then three 2-hour driving sessions. She didn’t want to do the in person classes at first, but she actually thanked me afterwards saying she thinks she got so much more out of it than if she would’ve done it online! Her teacher was Byron and she really liked him, saying he was funny and professional, while teaching the class. Byron also did her actual driving instruction as well. I think this program was well worth it and I am happy I signed my daughter up for it.

The course itself was great but we heard several complaints every day about Keith, an older instructor, making inappropriate, uncomfortable jokes and comments. This got to the point that a student felt it necessary to stand up and ask him to stop joking, and was altogether a sentiment shared by the entire class. I only realized afterward that he was the same Keith who teaches where my older child attended high school. We had very consistent problems at school previously with him being sexually forward with our daughter, being very touchy, and making comments very often, to the point that the entire student body had identified him as "creepy". Not sure why he seems so motivated to be alone in a car with a teen.

My experience here was amazing. I passed the permit test I was so nervous about thanks to the help of outstanding instructors. Jessica was a wonderful help to us all and did an amazing job teaching. She's very sweet and understanding and made learning something that felt fun. I'll definitely miss the environment that felt so welcoming, and I highly recommend this academy!

I made the right choice to come to the American Driving Academy. The staff are State approved, patient and nice. I am glad to save money on car insurance because Insurance companies recognize the safety people learn when it comes to driving. I came here to get my permit and now I am a safe and confident driver. 5 STARS

The class was informative and interesting and I passed my permit test on the first try. Would recommend for teens and new drivers.

Great instructor

Ms.Jessica was one of the best instructors I have ever had! She was so sweet, amiable, and nice the entire time. She always checked up on everyone and always taught the class well. Ms. Jessica is one of the best and kindest people I have ever met. Mr.Keith was also very cool too! I’m so glad I got to take my permit test and take a class with them teaching.

Dan was super sweet while doing my lessons, and was really chill when doing my test. I was super nervous, but Dan was impassive which I almost preferred over someone who pointed out my mistakes while doing the test. There was no judgement for what I missed and afterwards we sat down and spoke about what I needed to work on as I gain more experience but that I ultimately got my license.

I felt very comfortable and I was nervous but Dan was very nice and answered any questions. Would highly recommend.

Expectations far exceeded. Cannot recommend Heath and Keith enough. If you have a chance to book lessons or a driving test, they are the best!

For a very reasonable price, my young driver learned the information and passed the written permit exam, received three 2-hour driving lessons, and will take the license test with the same instructors (which I’m very confident will be a successful attempt). The instructors were personable and taught the students “the why” to the driving laws and etiquette, which can be difficult with 15-16 year olds. I’m extremely pleased with this company and group of instructors!

Dan was awesome !! He made me feel comfortable and confident . Very clear Instructions very calm. We pulled back into the office he told me you did a great job. We went back in the office Dan said you passed however there's a few things obviously mistakes that he corrected me on it was great feedback . Dan was great infact I'm an amputee right leg below the knee so I drive with my left foot. Dan said that's some of the smoothies starts and stop I've felt in while.Lol . Very professional easy going and informative !! Thanks Dan!

We have used them for both of my teenagers. They made tge entire process stress free. Both of my teenagers felt comfortable and enjoyed their lessons.

On my daughter driving test day we showed up a bit earlier and her instructor Rick was already there and ready for her test. The staff at the central location was great, helpful and always professional and kind!!!
