Just received my first order from this company and everything was great, I ordered a lot of things and everything was well dated, either end of 2022 or into 2023. It was extremely well packed and arrived quicker than I was expecting. I had a question about one of the products so sent an email and they got back to me straight away. I'll definately be using them again, especially if they get the LaCroix water back in stock!

I'm a long time customer of American Fizz, back when they had a store in Wallisdown & also since they switched to an online service only.

I've always found the selection of food & drink to be superb (even the questionable 'Pickle In a Pouch'). Prices are competitive & their clearance section is a cheap way of trying things you wouldn't normally buy.

The website is easy to navigate and laid out well, albeit slightly dated by 2022's standards.

As a personal criticism, I would like to see a greater choice of beef jerky and/or other meat snacks.

*Couple of things regarding the negative reviews. If an expiry date is really close or passed, it will be mentioned, I've bought plenty of close to date food & I've never had a quality issue.

With regards to delivery times, they are not Amazon, they do not have 1000's of staff picking & packing orders so please don't expect a 24-48hr turnaround. Patience seems to be lost of most people.*

I’ve ordered from here quite a few time (and twice in the past fortnight) and never had an issue. Everything has been delivered quickly and I found the products to be cheaper on this site than they were elsewhere. It’s a shame a bunch of stuff is always out of stock but still I’ve tried some really nice snacks and drinks and I can’t fault the place

Avoid this company at all costs! They will send you expired or extremely short dated products and do absolutely nothing about it. You have been warned... We have been in Business for over a year and NEVER had this issue with any other supplier....

Our order arrived with undamaged packaging and what appeared to be in good condition, however on opening the box, one of the items had been ripped open and open to the elements. I immediately contacted American Fizz by email along with a photograph which had been received and a ‘read receipt’ sent to me. After nearly two weeks without any contact, I phoned and was told the email never arrived. After re sending, I was offered £3.99 refund or a coupon to the value of £4.50. As the candy was still in stock, I requested on several occasions, that they simply send a new pack and collect the damaged pack. However this was refused on several occasions and my only option was to accept a refund. I reluctantly, accepted the refund but at the same time expressed my disappointment with the outcome, to which American Fizz phoned me. The representative (Rebeca) who claims to be the Manager was rude, obnoxious and condescending throughout. She claims, the stock would not have left the warehouse in that condition and that the stock must have been damaged either in the post or on arrival…. Let’s just think about that? The postman has opened the package, ripped open the product and sealed the package back up???? Rebecca admitted on several occasions that she only wanted to give me a refund due to the cost of the postage that American Fizz would have to pay if the item was replaced. After a long and torturous conversation with Rebecca, she agreed to send out a replacement. My only regret is that I hadn’t looked at customer reviews before placing my orders! Clearly there are lots of similar issues with other customers and therefore this company is clearly and regularly ripping customers off and being rude and obnoxious when an issue arises.

Be warned, don’t shop with this company!

Free delivery qualification is quite high at over £50 and also if there are items in your basket that have VAT included in their price, the amount won't count towards the £50 total needed. This info is buried in their FAQs. So in such cases you have to spend a fair amount more than £50 just to get 'free' delivery. They are very very inflexible on this. Packing is also done with environmentally unfriendly materials like polystyrene peanuts. I also find their website somewhat clunky to navigate. I made a couple of orders with them but am going to look elsewhere from now on for my American snaccs.

Couldn't find some pretzels in Tesco, turns out no other supermarket stocks them either!
Cue panic, was scouring the American food sites and saw what I needed from American Fizz.
Ordered 5 bags, decent enough price considering they were BIG - on the 11th, and they were shipped on the 14th, arrived on the 18th. Highly recommend!

Hi american fizz received my order fab thank you ,just one wee question I spent £ 69 .00 including tax and delivery i was under the impression that if you spent over £50.00 excluding delivery and tax delivery was free my order invoice id is 512398 thank you

I was slightly worried by some of the negative comments on here, but I ordered beans (American style) for a birthday gift. The beans arrived and one tin was badly dented. I notified customer service and sent a photo. A replacement tin was sent out (tracked) and was received 2 days later. I cannot fault the products and staff on AmericanFizz.

Shocking Customer Service, never reply to emails, short shipped and given credit notes so you have to order again and pay silly postage costs compared to other wholesale! The shelf life on some products is not even a week! Plus you wait a week before they can even be bothered to dispatch your order! Most companies dispatch within 24/48 hours even the largest wholesale companies! So their is no excuse! Absolutely shocking! I have only done a handful of small order of a few hundred pound each and I’m glad that’s all Iv done! I will stick to other wholesale companies in the future! Lest they answer their phones, offer a flat shipping fee for small orders and done hide silly costs to make themselves appear cheaper!

I will never never purchase anything from this company ever again! I spent £46 on ! $h!t ! short shelf life of 3 months on everything & tastes like **!* . Most went into the bin... I was fuming after reading the returns policies 🤬 if I could of sent it all back & got my money
I'd of drove there myself & dumped... so buyer's beware

Among the sensational delays, the goods that (even if already paid for) were always missing from the shipment, many damaged and unsellable items, the terrible assistance service (they answer you after a thousand emails and in an annoying way).
Never again from this company!

They sent me products with a shelf life of only a few days, they barely apologised/cared and then refused to refund me without me sending the items back at a cost to myself (the cost of the postage for which they will not refund). Their Ts and Cs state they will pop the items with less than 4 weeks shelf life in the clearance section, which is not where I purchased my items. Disgusting customer service, this is why people use Amazon.

I ordered a number of lucky charm cereal products ..
I was shocked to receive items that had dates of less than 4 weeks .
Contacted with photos. Informed when they import stuff some have short dates They should inform you at the point of purchase so you can then decide.
Very misleading . Will not use them again .

I am very happy with the service I received from American Fizz. They have a great range of products available on their website- so much stuff I had never heard of before. The items were delivered and packaged well, including an invoice of my purchase. It was exciting to sit down and unbox all my goodies, I can’t wait to try them all!
