Have recently been writing quite a few negative reviews for other companies sadly lol but just wanted to highlight how happy we are with our order from American Fizz.

Firstly items proefessionally packed and extremely well, crisps in separate double padded box and everything else compartmentalised.

Also received this nice and quick less than 3 days from ordering and delivery with a tracked fed ex service.

Good to see some companies keep up their high standards in difficult times.

Excellent products and by far the best place to get your American snacks in the UK.

I love American Fizz.

I haven't been able to find a american store across the UK that sells snacks/drinks/treats and etc for a good and reasonable price. I've only ordered from them twice but both experiences have been extremely positive and I haven't any issues at all.

Ive read the reviews below & i completely disagree with the lower star experiences on the basis of my own.

-Delivery arrived on time (update on progress via email and tracking numbers provided).

-Product came undamaged and has a good expiry date for consumption.

-In conclusion; I will be buying from these guys at American fizz again in the near future for sure.

Ok so firstly I arrived on this site and it was all boom in your face look at me promotional offers of free delivery’s on free orders, many choices of items ranging from home cooked food to crisps, An extremely appealing site or as i would call it the calm before the storm, I made 7 orders with this company in the space of 14 days, I paid for every single delivery, I got no promotions or discount codes which is very unfair when placing so many orders in a short time.
The items all arrived perfectly packaged in fact the packaging was amazing as my orders contained many things ranging from cakes to pop to crisps and sweets, everything was in good order although a few items in every order was out of date!! Pretty vile to be honest, some had a week date left, some tasted old and damp!
I also decided to message the company Via Facebook seen as though they never responded to my emails, I requested a discount coupon or a loyalty scheme, they simply said no discount offers available or free delivery, no sorry!
I responded to them and they read it and never even replied!
That to me when spending over £300 with them is disgusting and they do not value their customers at all, no discounts. No loyalty, no responses and sent out of date goods charged at full price!
I’m done with this site!
Improve your customer service and stock rotation

They sent me food that was expired. It tasted horrible and they refused to make it right. Will never order from them again.

Have had nothing but good service from American Fizz. Ordered a few times from them and they have always delivered and all products have been good. Not sure why so many bad reviews. My last order was a large order with lots of bags of crisps and it was all packaged securely. This place is the reason why I'm getting fat over lockdown (not their fault, mine) but at least I'll have some insulation for winter. Thanks for bringing USA snacks to this side of the pond.

Robbed of £60, not received anything, ordered 11 days ago. Even paid £8 for postage that should have been free. Avoid at all costs

So I ordered a LOT of stuff including 4 cases of mountain dew (50 cans). The order was received within 4 working days, all brilliantly packaged. The customer service is exceptional. All items very reasonably priced so happy. This was my first order but you have a loyal customer now. Ps I've not told my husband how much I spent so let's keep that between ourselves.

Given the current pandemic I wasn’t expecting my order to arrive as quick as it did. Fantastic delivery time, kept informed via telephone about a product change and excellent quality of products. After laying everything out to see what I purchased I certainly feel I got a lot for my money. Will absolutely use this company again.

Our local convenience store sells a few bottles of Calypso, so for the twins birthday I thought I’d buy them a wider range. Shipped very promptly arrived in perfect condition well packed. I just wrapped the outside of the box, and both boys were blown away. Two very happy 15-year-olds, and this was certainly the best present even though we bought them quite a few other good’uns.

Fast and cheap delivery rates. Excellent stock. Please buy more Polar. Just the only problem is the excessive plastic packaging which I can not recycle. Please change this.

Better stock availability than competitors, fair pricing and orders are usually well packaged. Delivery dispatch is fairly slow but good tracking once dispatched.

That said, selecting free delivery now results in an email sent a week later asking for an extra £5! Apparently their terms and conditions are going to be updated to reflect this but as yet, I was sold free delivery and then charged £5 before my order would be dispatched. No big deal, but all rather dishonest. I hope it isn't a sign of things to come.

They have FAR better prices than any competitors and they're shipping - even during covid - is great. The only note I have is that they tend to package everything into one crate which can make it obscenely heavy and they have no 'pre order' system nor any sort of pattern or logic to what they get in next; you just have to check back frequently for the items you want. Arguably a pre-order system would be better for them as they could count easier on future sales but alas, they haven't gotten to it yet. Either way, their prices are awesome and having ordered from there more than a dozen times I'd highly recommend them.

Dropped them an email. They sent a refund for one item, albeit a penny short - no argument over 1p - as for the other items, nothing. Emailed again, two days still nothing... Over a sake of a couple a couple of items.... But nothing. Emailed a second time, still no reply

Cannot fault this company. Excellent service, lovely products. Wide choice of products. Excellent customer service. Items are always fresh, in date and well packaged. They have kept on working throughout the Covid-19 Pandemic, which says a lot about them. Excellent feature of alerting customers when out of stock products are back in stock again. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed. Have been buying from them for quite some time now and are very reliable.

I ordered a large amount of items. Took over a week to arrive but due to the circumstance, that was expected. Great communication once I had contacted them regarding my order. Shipped and came straight away the next day. Amazing prices & amazing products. Will definitely shop there again!

Excellent assortment and the best prices I could find for USA candy in the UK. Delivery was very quick and packaged neatly, all of the products were brand new and in date.
