I ordered two Roto units from American Guncraft back in December. They don't follow up, they don't send emails, they don't tell you of delays, and when you do get a response they're not very nice frankly their customer service needs a lot of development. And now going on 6 months on an item's that was supposed to be 6 to 10 weeks

I ordered their Roto back In December and it's been so many months and still haven't gotten it shipped
I was thinking they are a scam possibly
They have no problem taking your money
And they won't tell you if something is back ordered
They won't tell you about delays
They claim it will be 4 or 6 weeks and then they don't tell you anything and never send your product
Still to this day I have not received my ROTO
It's been six months
Possible scam?
Don't order from them until they figure out what they are doing
Order at own risk I suppose
This has caused me so much stress
It would be nice if they stop taking orders until they get things fixed
They are taking people's money for products they cannot sell
As I write this it is May 15 9 30 at night
I am absolutely heart broken

So American Gun Craft advertises a black powder firearm they call the , Roto 12. Falling in love with this 12 gauge revolver at first sight happens for the same reason you like the smell of gasoline. Because you’re a man. So on May 11, 2025, completely besmitten and having dreams of plinkin 5 gallon buckets of sand in two as fast as I could pull the trigger on this 12 gauge 8 round beast had completely captured my imagination. So I proceeded to fill my cart with the Roto 12 and all the accessories including the max limit of these preloaded 12 guage cartridges. The add clearly states that the piece is made to order that I was looking at 6-12 weeks till shipping. So sadly no magic reindeer hunting that Christmas. At about 8 weeks I’m getting an itchy finger and emailed an ETA request. My reply came in the form of a cut and paste from their advertisement disseminating the expectation of 6 to 12 weeks till shipping. At 13 weeks I call for my ETA and was informed they would be a couple more weeks getting it ready and left me with the impression Thai was out of line for having asked. Well I wasn’t thrilled about the delay but not the end of the world. Besides, this is TRUE love, imagine the braggin rights. In the meantime I get a 90 day notice to vacate. The owner wants to sell the house I’d been renting in Kelso WA for the last 6 years. Another month goes by and still AGC hasn’t shipped. I contact them again and explained the situation. I told them I’d like to cancel the order and the person I spoke with didn’t care one bit that he was way overdue on shipping my order. Actually he seemed quite put out that I would be so unreasonable. So I agreed t wait till a couple days shy of my move out date and still they hadn’t finished it. So I sent an email requesting a refund. I got a reply a couple days later saying that my refund request had been granted and handed over to book keeping and that I’d have my $1,272 refund mailed out in a couple days. I purchased with cashapp so a refund only requires a quick click. That was over two weeks ago. What really sucks is, I really wanted that piece! Treatn me like crap and keeping my coin really is a lo blo!!!…
